Տավուշի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Ռաֆիկ Մելքոնյանի նախագահությամբ ավարտվել է Արմեն Բ.-ի և Արթուր Ս.-ի (անունները փոխված են) գործի դատական քննությունը:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ 20-ամյա Արմենը՝ պարտադիր զինծառայության մեջ գտնվելով, համածառայող, 22-ամյա Արթուրից պարբերաբար շորթում է կատարել՝ սպառնալով զորամասում նրա մասին արատավորող տեղեկություններ տարածել՝ հրապարակել Արթուրի նկատմամբ իր կատարած սեքսուալ գործողությունների տեսագրությունները՝ իր իսկ ձեռքով տեսագրած, և այդպիսով՝ Արթուրի համար զորամասում անբարենպաստ պայմաններ ստեղծել:

2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 7-ին Արմենը Արթուրից պահանջել ու ստացել է 15 հազար դրամ: Դեկտեմբերի 12-ին նա Արթուրից նույն սպառնալիքներով պահանջել ու ստացել է 30 հազար դրամ, իսկ դեկտեմբերի 16-ին կամ 17-ին Արմենը Արթուրից արդեն պահանջել է 300 հազար դրամ:

Արմենի՝ պարբերաբար աճող պահանջներին ի պատասխան՝ Արթուրը 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 29-ի կեսգիշերին զորամասի հսկիչ-անցագրային կետի տարածքը շրջանցելով՝ մուտք է գործել զորամասի տարածք:

Գիշերվա ժամը 4-ի սահմաններում նա շինություններից մեկի մոտ զրուցել է Արմեն Բ.-ի հետ: Զրույցի ընթացքում Արթուրը գրպանից հանել է նախապես իր հետ վերցրած խոհանոցային դանակը և դրանով հարվածել է Արմենի դեմքին, ապա հարվածել է նրա կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի հետին մակերեսին՝ պատճառելով ձախ թոքի վնասվածք ու Արմենի առողջությանը հասցնելով ծանր վնաս:

Արմենն ու Արթուրը արդեն զինծառայողներ չեն, պահեստազոր են արձակվել:

Արմեն Բ.-ին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել մի քանի դրվագ շորթում կատարելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 182 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, իսկ Արթուր Ս.-ին՝ տուժողի առողջությանը ծանր վնաս հասցնելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112 հոդվածի 1-ին և 327.6 հոդվածի 1-ին մասերով:

Արմեն Բ.-ն վերջին  հաշվով դատապարտվել  է 1 տարի ազատազրկման և 400 հազար դրամ տուգանքի: Պատժի սկիզբը կհաշվվի դատավճիռն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո, երբ դատապարտյալը փաստացի արգելանքի տակ կառնվի:

Արթուր Ս.-ն վերջին հաշվով դատապարտվել է 3 տարի ազատազրկման և 100 հազար դրամ տուգանքի: Նրա նկատմամբ կիրառվել է պայմանական դատապարտություն և սահմանվել է 3 տարի փորձաշրջան:

Կալանքի տակ գտնվող Արթուրը դատարանի դահլիճում ազատվել է կալանքից:
