Սերգո Կարապետյանը ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ փոխտնօրենին է ներկայացրել գյուղատնտեսական կարևոր ծրագրերը

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանն նոյեմբերի 19-ին հանդիպել է ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ փոխտնօրենի տեղակալ Ջոնաթան Կացի հետ: Հանդիպմանը ներկա են եղել նաև ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ռիչարդ Միլսը և ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության հայաստանյան  առաքելության տնօրեն Քարեն Հիլիարդը:

«Ընթացիկ տարում ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում գրանցվել է  դրական  տեղաշարժ, ինչին նպաստել են ոչ միայն եղանակային բարենպաստ պայմանները, այլև պետական աջակցության և միջազգային կառույցների օժանդակությամբ իրականացվող ծրագրերը»,-ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նշել է նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը: 

 Ընդգծելով, որ հատկապես վերջին տարիների ընթացքում արդյունավետ համագործակցություն է ձևավորվել Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության,  ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան և միջազգային կառույցների միջև` նախարարը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ այդ շրջանակում իրականացվող համատեղ ծրագրերը կկրեն շարունակական բնույթ:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում նախարարը հանգամանորեն ներկայացրել է ՀՀ-ում գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի ներկա վիճակը և գերակա ուղղությունները:

Անդրադառնալով ոլորտի առաջնային լուծում պահանջող խնդիրներին` նախարարը մասնավորապես մատնանշել է գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում ապահովագրական համակարգի ներդրման և կենդանիների համարակալման ու հաշվառման իրականացման կարևորությունը, որը կնպաստի մսամթերքի հետագծելիության և բնակչությանը անվտանգ սննդամթերքով ապահովմանը։ Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև  հակակարկտային ցանցերի ներդրման, տոհմային գործի բարելավման և պտղատու ինտենսիվ  նոր այգիների ստեղծման հարցերին: Ընդգծելով երկրում ջրային ռեսուրսների կառավարման և արդյունավետ օգտագործման կարևորությունը` նախարարը անհրաժեշտ է համարել ձկնաբուծության բնագավառում ջրի խնայողատար ռեժիմով նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների, իսկ ոռոգման բնագավառում` կաթիլային համակարգերի ներդրումը:

Նշված ծրագրերի իրագործման համար ակնկալվում է ամերիկյան կողմի  աջակցությունը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ամերիկյան կողմի ներկայացուցիչները բարձր են գնահատել Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հետ համագործակցությունն ու համատեղ ծրագրերի արդյունավետությունը:

Զրույցի ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են ոլորտին վերաբերող այլ հարցեր:
