Մետաղների գների անկումը կզսպի 2016թ.-ի տնտեսական աճը

Համաշխարհային ապրանքահումքային բորսաներում շարունակվում է մետաղների գների անկումը: Հայկական լրատվական միջոցները արդեն իրենց անհանգստությունն են հայտնում մեր երկրի համար կարևոր արտահանվող ապրանքի՝ պղնձի գների անկման առումով: Պղնձի գինը Լոնդոնի մետաղների բորսայում (LME) այսօր գրանցել է 4 642 $/տ, որը նախորդ տարվա նոյեմբեր ամսին գրանցված պղնձի գների (6500 դոլար) համեմատ նվազել է մոտ 1850 ամերիկյան դոլարով: Նշենք, որ պղնձի գնի այս մակարդակ վերջին անգամ գրանցվել է 2009 թվ.-ի հունիսին, երբ 2008 թվ.-ի կտրուկ գնանկումից հետո (3096 դոլար 2008 թ.-ի դեկտեմբերին), հետո պղնձի գները սկսել էին աճի տեմպեր գրանցել:

Վիճակը բարվոք չէ նաև մեր մյուս արտահանման մետաղի՝ մոլիբդենի պահով: Ներկայումս դրա գինը LME-ում կազմում է 10800 $/տ, նախորդ տարվա նոյեմբերի 21450 $/տ-ի փոխարեն: Ոսկու գները նույնպես անկում են գրանցում՝ 1 տրոյական ունցիան ներկա պահին կազմում է՝ 1070 $, որը նախորդ տարվա նոյեմբերի համեմատ էժանացել է 116 դոլլարով:

Բորսաներում անկման միտումներ են գրանցում թե′ մյուս ազնիվ մետաղները՝ արծաթը, պլատինը և պալադիումը, այնպես էլ գունավոր մետաղները՝ ալյումինը, նիկելը, կապարը, անագը և ցինկը: Ավելորդ է խոսել նաև նավթի գների անկման մասին, որը ներկայումս կազմում է 43,9 $/բարել, նախորդ նոյեմբերի 79,4 $/բարելի համեմատ: Պղնձի և մոլիբդենի գների անկումը պետք է դիտարկել մյուս մետաղների գների դինամիկայի և համաշխարհային տնտեսության ընդհանուր զարգացումների ենթատեքստում:

Այս մետաղների գների անկման միտումները դժվար է ասել, թե որքան կշարունակվեն, սակայն միանշանակ է, որ նույնիսկ որոշակիորեն վերականգնվելու դեպքում էլ, դրանք դեռևս երկար ժամանակ չեն հասնի այն բարձր գնանիշներին, որոնք ունեցել ենք համաշխարհային ֆինանսատնտեսական ճգնաժամից հետո 2010-2011 թվականներին:

Մեր երկրի համար կարևոր մետաղների՝ պղնձի ու մոլիբդենի պահով, եկող տարվա բյուջեում հարկերի և դրանց խտանյութերի արտահանումից եկամուտների նվազման առումով ունենալու ենք կորուստներ: Եթե 2015 թ.-ին պղնձի գների անկումը փոխհատուցվեց պղնձի արդյունահանման ֆիզիկական ծավալների գրեթե 1,5 անգամ աճով, ապա դա այսուհետ չի կարող հանդիսանալ տնտեսական աճի ապահովման լուծում: Ենթադրվում է, որ 2016 թ.-ի համեստ տնտեսական 2,2% աճի հիմնական բաղադրիչները կրկին պետք է լինեն՝ հանքարդյունաբերությունը և գյուղատնտեսությունը: Սակայն մետաղների գների անկման դինամիկայի և եկող տարվա դեռևս անկանխատեսելի բնակլիմայական պայմանների վրա խաղադրույք դնելը՝ առնվազն միամտություն կլիներ: Իսկ Կառավարությունը պետք է, շարունակի ակտիվորեն որոնել տնտեսական աճի ապահովման նոր և ավելի կայուն միջոցներ:
