Ոստիկանությունում քննարկվել են ՀՀ Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի նախապատրաստման արդյունքները

ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում նոյեմբերի 23-ին տեղի է ունեցել օպերատիվ խորհրդակցություն, որը վարել է ոստիկանության պետ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը: Մասնակցել են ոստիկանության կոլեգիայի անդամներ, գլխավոր վարչությունների և վարչությունների պետեր, տարբեր ծառայությունների պատասխանատուներ:

Քննարկվել են ՀՀ Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի նախապատրաստման փուլում ոստիկանության գործունեության արդյունքներն ու ծառայության կազմակերպման առանձնահատկությունները:

Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը  ներկայացրել է  հանրաքվեի օրը ծառայության կազմակերպման գլխավոր ուղղությունները՝ ընտրատարածքների մերձակայքում կուտակումների բացառում, «Ընտրությունների ժամանակ ոստիկանության գործողությունների ուղեցույցի» իմացության ստուգարքների կազմակերպում տարածքային բաժիններում, կենտրոնական ապարատի և ծառայություն կատարող վերակարգերի միջև անընդմեջ կապի ապահովում և այլն: 

Ոստիկանության պետը հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձրել սահմանափակ ֆիզիկական կարողություն ունեցող քաղաքացիներին օժանդակելու խնդրին: Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը կարևորել է հանրության, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցների և առանձին քաղաքացիների հետ տարվող աշխատանքը, հետադարձ կապի ապահովման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ ինչպես  հանրաքվեի օրը, այնպես էլ նախորդող շրջանում:

Հիշեցնելով, որ ոստիկանության վերահսկողական ծառայությունները  ընտրատեղամասերի տարածքում անմիջաբար են հսկելու վերակարգերի աշխատանքը, Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը մյուս ծառայություններին հրահանգել է ակտիվացնել օպերատիվ ու կանխարգելիչ աշխատանքները  քարոզարշավի և հանրաքվեի ժամանակ պատշաճ հասարակական կարգ ապահովելու, իրավախախտումները բացառելու, օրենքի պահանջները լիարժեք կատարելու համար: 

Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանն անդրադարձել է նաև այս օրերին հանրային գոտիներում, տրանսպորտային հանգույցներում, զանգվածային միջոցառումների վայրերում ոստիկանության արտաքին ծառայության ուժեղացմանը՝ պայմանավորված համաշխարհային ու տարածաշրջանային նոր մարտահրավերներով: Ոստիկանության պետը հավելել է, որ այդ ոլորտում սերտորեն համագործակցելով հանրության հետ, անհրաժեշտ է անվտանգության բարձր մակարդակ ապահովել նաև հանրաքվեի և նախորդող օրերին:

Խորհրդակցության մասնակիցներն ըստ ստորաբաժանումների ներկայացրել են նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների արդյունքները, խնդիրներն ու դրանց լուծման ուղիները, ստացել համապատասխան ցուցումներ ու հանձնարարականներ:
