Նոյեմբերի 23-ին տեղի է ունեցել Իսպանիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Ավետ Ադոնցի և Մադրիդի քաղաքապետ Մանուելա Կարմենա Կաստրիրոյի հանդիպումը: Ինչպես  Արմենպրեսին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարութայն տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել հայ-իսպանական հարաբերությունների ներկա վիճակին և զարգացման հեռանկարներին: Այդ համատեքստում պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել աշխատանքներ տանել հնարավոր համագործակցության ոլորտների հստակեցման, նախագծերի մշակման և այդ ուղղությամբ կոնկրետ քայլերի ձեռնարկման ուղղությամբ: Շեշտվել է քաղաքապետարանների տարբեր ոլորտների պատասխանատուների միջև կապերի հաստատման կարևորությունը:

Համայնքային կյանքի կազմակերպման խնդիրների շուրջ ծավալված քննարկումների համատեքստում քաղաքապետ Մանուելա Կարմենան կարևորել է  հայ համայնքի դերն ու նշանակությունը Մադրիդի հասարակական, տնտեսական և մշակութային կյանքում` վերահաստատելով իր պատրաստակամությունն ամենայն աջակցություն ցուցաբերել համայնքային կյանքի կազմակերպմանն ու մադրիդահայերի ինտեգրմանն օգնելու գործում, ինչը, նրա խոսքով, համահունչ է իր՝ Մադրիդը «միջազգայնացնելու» փիլիսոփայությանը:

Հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանում իսպաներենի և իսպանական մշակույթի նկատմամբ հետաքրքրվածությունը, ինչպես նաև Երևանում գործող իսպաներենի խորացված ուսուցումով հանրակրթական դպրոցի և բուհերի առկայությունը՝ քննարկվել են հումանիտար ոլորտում համագործակցության ծրագրերի մշակման հնարավորությունները: Երկուստեք հնարավոր է համարվել  իրագործել համատեղ դպրոցական, բուհական, հետբուհական կրթական ծրագրեր:

Հայաստանը Իսպանիայում, իսկ Իսպանիան և Մադրիդը Հայաստանում առավել ճանաչելի և գրավիչ դարձնելու համատեքստում կողմերը կարևորել են մշակութային ծրագրերի, մասնավորապես՝ ցուցահանդեսների, համերգների կազմակերպումն ու անցկացումը, մշակութային գործիչների փոխայցելությունները:

Անդրադառնալով զբոսաշրջության ոլորտին՝ դեսպան Ադոնցը տեղեկացրել է, որ հայկական ընկերություններն արդեն մի քանի տարի է՝ կանոնավոր կերպով մասնակցում են Մադրիդում ամեն տարի անցկացվող Զբոսաշրջության միջազգային տոնավաճառին (FITUR):

ՀՀ դեսպանը քաղաքապետին ներկայացրել է նաև Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի շրջանակներում Մադրիդում իրականացված միջոցառումները և դրանց խորհուրդը:
