Աշոտ Ղուլյանի նախագահությամբ նոյեմբերի 26-ին տեղի է ունեցել Արցախի Հանրապետության 6-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովի 2-րդ նստաշրջանի հերթական լիագումար նիստը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Խորհրդարանի լրատվական ծառայությունից, անցնելով օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների քննարկմանը` խորհրդարանը ընդունել է «Փաստաբանության մասին»  ԼՂՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին», «Աշխատանքի պետական տեսչության մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքն ուժը կորցրած ճանաչելու մասին», «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունում ստուգումների կազմակերպման եւ անցկացման մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին», «Քաղաքացիական ծառայության մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքները, «Լիցենզավորման մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին», «Պետական տուրքի մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին», «Ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտի մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» եւ «Նախնական մասնագիտական (արհեստագործական) եւ միջին մասնագիտական կրթության մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին, «Շահութահարկի մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին»  ԼՂՀ օրենքների փաթեթները, առաջին ընթերցմամբ` «Անասնաբուժության մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքը:

Նիստի օրակարգում ներառված «Տեղական  ինքնակառավարման մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքում լրացում կատարելո ւ մասին»  ԼՂՀ օրենքի նախագիծը խորհրդարանի կողմից հավանության չարժանացավ (13 դեմ, 10 կողմ եւ 6 ձեռնպահ):

Ազգային ժողովն ի գիտություն է ընդունել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության 2015 թվականի ինն ամսվա պետական բյուջեի կատարման տեղեկատվությունը, որը ներկայացրել է ֆինանսների նախարար Ս. Թեւոսյանը:

Օրենսդիր-գործադիր հարցուպատասխանի ընթացքում պատգամավորների կողմից կառավարության ներկայացուցիչներին են ուղղվել գյուղատնտեսության, առողջապահության, քաղաքաշինության, կրթության, դատական համակարգին, արտաքին հարաբերություններին  եւ հանրապետության կենսագործունեության այլ ոլորտներին վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր:

Լիագումար նիստ ի ավարտին հրապարակվել են պատգամավոր Հ. Խանումյանի հայտարարությունը եւ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորների` «Հեռուստամարաթոն- 2015»-ի առթիվ համայն հայությանն ուղղված դիմումը, որը ներկայացրել է  արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ա.. Մխիթարյանը:

Խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը կարեւորելով համահայկական դրամահավաքին յուրաքանչյուրի մասնակցությունը` նշել է, որ ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներն ու աշխատակազմն արդեն իսկ հանգանակել են 1 մլն 140հազար ՀՀ դրամ:
