«Մեր տեղեկություններով, Ղարաբաղում ուշիուշով հետևում են Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների գործընթացին, քանզի առաջիկայում, հայաստանյան «ապրոբացիայից» հետո, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, նման գործընթաց կսկսվի նաև Ղարաբաղում։ Հետաքրքրությունն այդ առնչությամբ առավել մեծ է ղարաբաղյան իսթեբլիշմենթի կողմից։ Պատճառն այն է, որ այդ փոփոխություններով կկանխվի Արկադի Ղուկասյանի «մուտքը» Ղարաբաղ, ինչն անցանկալի էր այս պահին գործող ԼՂ իշխանության համար, չնայած հայաստանյան իշխանությունների կողմից մինչ այս եղած որոշակի ճնշումներին։

Ընդ որում, եթե այնպես ստացվի, որ Ղարաբաղում սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ չլինեն, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, վիճակը թեժ կլինի։ Բանն այն է, որ Ղարաբաղում ավանդաբար ուժեղ համարվող ՀՅԴ-ն և նրա ներկայացուցիչ Արթուր Աղաբեկյանը ևս տևական ժամանակ է, ինչ նախագահի ամբիցիաներ ունեն։ Օրերս նա մի նեղ շրջանակում ասել է՝ եթե սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները չլինեն, Արայիկ Հարությունյանը՝ ԼՂ վարչապետը դնի իր թեկնածությունը, խնդիր չէ, տղա է, թող դառնա նախագահ, իսկ եթե Արկադին դրեց, ես էլ եմ դնելու ու պայքարելու եմ մինչև վերջ՝ մինչ վերջին շունչս»,–գրում է թերթը։
