Օմբուդսմեն Կարեն Անդրեասյանը նոյեմբերի 30-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանում Միացյալ Թագավորության արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Ջուդիթ Ֆարնուորթին: Ինչպես  Արմենպրեսին տեղեկացրին Օմբուդսմենի աշխատակազմից` հանդիպման ընթացքում Կարեն Անդրեասյանն ու Ջուդիթ Ֆարնուորթը մասնավորապես անդրադարձել են հանրաքվեի քարոզչական գործընթացին եւ Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունն երի առաջիկա քվեարկությանը:

Դեսպանն ընդգծել է, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիան ուշադրությամբ է հետեւել ոչ միայն Ազգային ժողովում Օմբուդսմենի տարեկան զեկույցի քննարկմանը, այլեւ մշտապես հետեւում է մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտում Հայաստանի Օմբուդսմենի գործունեությանն առհասարակ: Կարեւորելով Օմբուդսմենի աշխատակազմի ակտիվ աշխատանքը` Ջուդիթ Ֆարնուորթը հավաստիացրել է, որ իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում շարունակելու է հնարավորինս աջակցել Օմբուդսմենի գործունեությանը եւ ջանքեր ներդնել Օմբուդսմենի ինստիտուտի եւ Միացյալ Թագավորության դեսպանության միջեւ արդեն իսկ ձեւավորված գործընկերա յին եւ սերտ հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման գործում:
