ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողն ընդունել է Շվեդիայի հարկադիր կատարման մարմնի ղեկավարությանը

ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարող, արդարադատության գեներալ-մայոր Միհրան Պողոսյանն այսօր ընդունել է Շվեդիայի հարկադիր կատարման մարմնի պատվիրակությանը՝ հարկադիր կատարման գծով տնօրեն և գործառնությունների գծով ղեկավար Սվեն Կիհլգրենի գլխավորությամբ։

Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հրավերն ընդունելու և Հայաստան ժամանելու  համար, ապա կարևորել Շվեդիայի հարկադիր կատարման  մարմնի հետ համագործակցության խորացումն ու ընդլայնումը: Միհրան Պողոսյանը, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Մենք հետաքրքրված ենք Շվեդիայի հարկադիր կատարման մարմնի փորձով: Որպես պետական կառավարման մարմին՝ ՀՀ Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայությունը կարողացել է բազմաթիվ մարտահրավերների դիմագրավել, մասնավորապես՝ կատարողական   վարույթների մեծ հոսքին։ Դա կարողացել ենք կազմակերպել  տեղեկատվական  տեխնոլոգիաների շնորհիվ՝ առանց աշխատակիցների թիվն ավելացնելու։ Մեզ համար արդիական է ՏՏ ոլորտի զարգացումը, և մեր ամենօրյա աշխատանքում մենք հետևողական ենք Ծառայությունում ոլորտի զարգացմանն ու մարտահրավերների դիմագրավմանը»։

Շվեդ գործընկերների հետաքրքրությունների շրջանակն ընդգրկում է ինչպես ՀՀ Հարկադիր  կատարման ծառայության պրակտիկ գործունեությունը, այնպես էլ՝ դրա համար հիմք հանդիսացող օրենսդրական կարգավորումները։ «Անշուշտ, արժևորում ենք մեր կուտակած փորձը, սակայն  շատ կարևոր և օգտակար է ուսումնասիրել և ձեռք  բերել այլ երկրների փորձը ևս», - իր խոսքում նշել էՍվեն Կիհլգրենը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն  ներկայացնող մի շարք  թեմաներ, մասնավորապես՝ կատարողական վարույթի ընթացքում կիրառվող հարկադրանքի միջոցների  տեսակները և կիրառման առանձնահատկությունները, ՏՏ ոլորտների  ներգրավվածության աստիճանը հարկադիր կատարման գործընթացում, պարտապանի գույքի հայտնաբերման և իրացման մեխանիզմները։

Զրույցի ընթացքում երկուստեք ընդգծվել է ՀՀ հարկադիր կատարմանծառայության և Շվեդիայի հարկադիր կատարման մարմնիմիջև համագործակցության պայմանագրի ստորագրման անհրաժեշտությունը, որով կողմերիմիջև համագործակցության նորհիմքեր կստեղծվեն և կպլանավորվեն կատարվելիք աշխատանքները: Այս նպատակով առաջիկայում կստեղծվիհամատեղաշխատանքայինխումբ։
