Ոտքերի տհաճ հոտի դեմ պայքարելու համար կան մի շարք մեթոդներ, որոնք ներկայացնում է allwomen.net.ua-ը:

Նախ հարկավոր է ուշադրություն դարձնել կոշիկների և գուլպաների վրա: Պետք է հագնել միայն բնական կաշվից կոշիկներ և ոչ սինթետիկ գուլպաներ:

Եթե դա չի օգնում, ուրեմն հարկավոր է դիմել բժշկի՝ պարզելու համար, թե արդյոք ոտքերի հոտը կապված չէ՞ առողջական խնդիրների հետ:

Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք ոտքերի մաշկը մաքրելու մի քանի արդյունավետ միջոց.

1. Ոտքերի մաշկը մաքրելու միջոց են վաննաները: Դրա համար հարկավոր է 2 փաթեթ սև թեյը եռացնել 1 լ ջրում, դրան ավելացնել ևս 2 լ ջուր: Մի փոքր սառեցրեք ու ոտքերը դրեք այդ ջրի մեջ և թողեք մինչև լրիվ սառելը: Եթե դա կրկնեք ամեն երեկո, ապա ձեր ոտքերից հոտ չի գա:

2. Խառնել 5 լ տաք ջուր և 2 բաժակ անգլիական աղ: Օրը երկու անգամ 15 րոպեով ձեր ոտքերը դրեք տաք լուծույթի մեջ:
