Мишель и Росс Хьюи, которые живут в ирландском городе Дрихад-Нуа, чувствуют себя самыми счастливыми людьми на планете. Они души не чают друг в друге и уже нескольких лет живут в браке и воспитывают двоих прекрасных детей. Недавно они получили приятное известие: Мишель вновь забеременела и счастливое семейство стало готовиться к рождению третьего ребенка!

Однако в одночасье идиллия рухнула. По пути на работу Мишель почувствовала острую боль в животе. Поначалу она отгоняла от себя тревожные мысли, но, увидев в туалете кровь на своих брюках, немедленно поспешила в клинику.

Медицинское обследование подтвердило худшие опасения. Врачи сказали, что Мишель потеряла ребенка...

Несчастной женщине дали таблетки для медикаментозного аборта. Однако дополнительное обследование показало, что в матке всё еще находятся сгустки крови, для удаления которых необходимо хирургическое вмешательство. Каким же было удивление медиков, когда на финальном осмотре перед операцией они услышали стук сердца ребенка! Мишель по-прежнему была беременна!

 
Оказалось, что изначально женщина вынашивала двойню и погиб только один из двух близнят. Сгусток крови от умершего младенца «спрятал» на УЗИ изображение второго. Однако, каким образом второй ребенок не погиб после принятия абортивных медикаментов, остается загадкой.
 

В результате Мишель родила крепкую и здоровую девочку, которую назвали Меган. Семья Хьюи была возмущена непрофессионализмом врачей, которые «просмотрели» второго ребенка и поставили его жизнь под угрозу. Но радость от чудесного рождения дочери затмила все негативные эмоции. Поэтому Мишель и Росс решили не омрачать себе жизнь судебными тяжбами, а сконцентрировались на воспитании малютки Меган, а также ее сестричке Ма и братике Ное. А случившееся с ними воспринимают не иначе как чудо!

Просто невероятно, через что довелось пройти Россу и Мишель. Если тебя растрогала эта невероятная история, то непременно поделись ею со своими друзьями.
