 Ամուլսարի հանքավայրի շահագործման հետ կապված կայացել է «Լիդիան Ինթերնեյշնլ» ընկերության և ֆինանսական խմբերի համաձայնությունը: Ծրագրի իրականացման համար երկու ֆինանսական և ներդրումային խմբերը ստորագրել են համաձայնագիր, ըստ որի 325 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրում  իրականացնելու հանձնառություն են ստանձնել: Այս մասին կառավարության նիստի մեկնարկին հայտնեց ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանը:

«Արդյունքում երկու տարվա ընթացքում պետք է իրականացվի Ամուլսարի հանքավայրի շինարարությունը, և սրան ավելացնելու են գումարներ նաև Միջազգային ֆինանսական կորպորացիան և Զարգացման և վերակառուցման բանկը:  Մոտավորապես ներդրումները կազմելու են 460-480 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար, որի արդյունքում մենք կունենանք Հայաստանում արտադրված տարեկան նվազագույնը 12-14 տոննա ոսկի: Սրա արդյունքում արդեն արդյունաբերական իմաստով արդյունավետ կդառնա նաև ոսկու ձուլակտորների արտադրությունը Հայաստանում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց ն ախարարը:

Ներդրումների իրականացումը սկսվելու է մյուս տարի գարնանը: Շինարարության մեջ զբաղված են լինելու մոտավորապես 1500 աշխատող: Ճշմարիտյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ մոտավորապես 60 միլիոն դոլար ծախսվելու  է ոսկու և արծաթի վերամշակման, 80 միլիոն դոլար ծախսվելու է զուտ տեխնոլոգիական հագեցման, 160 միլիոն դոլար  ծախսվելու է նոր տեխնոլոգիական հոսքագծերի ձեռքբերման համար, որը ապահովելու է բավականին արդյունավետ արտադրության կազմակերպում: «Բանակցությունները բավականին երկար են ընթացել, և ես կարծում եմ, որ ընկերությունն այսօր կամ վաղը համապատասխան հայտար արություն կանի: Ես նաև կխնդրեի, որ աշխատանքների ընթացքում աջակցություն ցուցաբերեին նաև տեղական մարմինները»,- եզրափակեց նախարարը:

ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը կարևորեց ծրագրի իրականացումը՝ հավելելով, որ դրա իրականացումը 2016-2018թթ. կնպաստի  տնտեսական ակտիվությանը:
