ՌԴ նախագահ Վ. Պուտինն իր տարեվերջյան՝ Դաշնային ժողովին ուղղված զեկույցում անդրադարձել է ահաբեկչությանը, Թուրքիային և Ալլահին, գրում է «Բի-բի-սի» գործակալությունը: Գերտերության առաջնորդը, անդրադառնալով ողջ աշխարհում օր օրի աճող ահաբեկչության ալիքին, նշել է, որ դեռ Աֆղանստանի խնդիրները չլուծված, ստեղծվել է մի իրավիճակ, որը լավատեսություն չի ներշնչում, քանի որ ոչ վաղ անցյալում Մերձավոր արևելքի և Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայի առավել կայուն և բարեկեցիկ երկրները վերածվել են քաոսի և անիշխանության գոտու, որը սպառնալիք է ողջ աշխարհի համար:

«Մենք հիմա գիտենք, թե ինչու դա տեղի ունեցավ և գիտենք, թե ով ցանկություն ուներ փոխել իր համար ոչ ցանկալի իշխանություններին՝ սեփական «իրավունքները» կոպտորեն փաթաթելով այդ երկրների վզին: Արդյունքում ի՞նչ ստացվեց: Շիլա են եփել՝ քանդել են պետականությունը, մարդկանց դժբախտացրել են ու ինչպես Ռուսաստանում է ընդունված ասել՝ ձեռքերը լվացել են՝ ճանապարհ բացելով ազգայնականների, ծայրահեղականների և ահաբեկիչների համար»,- ասել է Վ.Պուտինը:

Նա նաև նշել է, որ հայտնի է, թե այդ խառնաշփոթ իրավիճակից ովքեր են օգտվում և Սիրիայից գողացած նավթային գումարները Թուրքիայում ում գրպաններն են լցվում, որով էլ ավազակները վարձկանների են հավաքագրում, զենք գնում և անմարդկային ահաբեկչական գործողություններ կազմակերպում Ֆրանսիայի, Լիբանանի, Մալիի և այլ պետությունների բնակիչների հանդեպ: «Մենք նաև հիշում ենք, որ նույն Թուրքիայում պատսպարվեցին, հոգեկան և ֆինանասական աջակցություն ստացան 1990-ական թվականներին և 2000-ականերին Հյուսիսային Կովկասում կռվող զինյալները, ում ներկայում կրկին նկատում ենք: Այդուհանդերձ, Թուրքիայի ժողովուրդը բարի, աշխատասեր և տաղանդավոր ժողովուրդ է: Մենք այնտեղ բազմաթիվ հին ու վստահելի ընկերներ ունենք և նրանք պետք է իմանան, որ մենք Թուրքիայում բնակվող ժողովրդի և իրենց կառավարության միջև հավասարության նշան չենք դնում, որոնք անմիջական պատասխանատվություն են կրում Սիրիայում զոհված մեր զինծառայողների համար: Հավանաբար, միայն Ալլահը գիտի, թե ինչու նրանք դա արեցին և հավանաբար հենց Ալլահն է Թուրքիայի իշխող կլանին զրկել մտավոր կարողություններից»,- ասել է ՌԴ նախագահը:
