«Ոչ»-ի հանրահավաքն ավարտվեց հանրաքվեից հետո կրկին հավաքվելու ակնկալիքով

Ազատության հրապարակում ավարտվեց սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվեից առաջ «ոչ»-ի շարժման վերջին հանրահավաքը: Թեև «ոչ»-ի շարժման հանրահավաքին միացել էր նաև Ազատության հրապարակում շուրջօրյա հանրահավաքների մասին հայտարարած «Նոր Հայաստան» նախաձեռնությունը, այն սակավամարդ էր:

«Ոչ»-ի շտաբի ղեկավար, Ազգային ժողովի ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Լևոն Զուրաբյանը հանրահավաքի մասնակիցներին հայտնեց, որ դեկտեմբերի 7-ին, երբ արդեն պարզ կլինեն հանրաքվեի արդյունքները, իրենք կրկին հանրահավաք կանցկացնեն Ազատության հրապարակում, որի ընթացքում կամփոփեն հանրաքվեի ընթացքն ու արդյունքները:

Հանրահավաքի ընթացքում ելույթ ունեցավ ԱԺ ՀԱԿ խմբակցության քարտուղար Արամ Մանուկյանը, ով բոլորին հանրաքվեին ակտիվ մասնակցելու կոչ արեց՝ շեշտելով, որ դա է արդյունավետ պայքարի միակ ճանապարհը: «Նա, ով չի մասնակցի քվեարկությանը հետո խոսելու իրավունք չունի»,- ասաց Արամ Մանուկյանը:

«Նոր Հայաստան» նախաձեռնության անդամ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանն իր ելույթում անդրադարձավ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հարցում ընդդիմության միջև հակասությունների մասին խոսակցություններին՝ բացատրելով «ոչ»-ի երկու տարբեր շտաբների առկայության պատճառը: Սեֆիլյանի խոսքով՝ այս հարցում ժողովուրդը բաժանված է երկու բանակների՝ մարդիկ, ովքեր պայքարի ճիշտ ճանապարհ են համարում հանրաքվեին մասնակցելն ու «ոչ» քվեարկելը,  և մարդիկ, ովքեր չեն ցանկանում մասնակցել քվեարկությանը՝ ընդհանրապես մերժելով սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների  գործընթացը:  «Եվ ահա այդ երկու շտաբները ձևավորվել են ժողովրդի այդ  բանակներն առաջնորդելու համար: Մենք առաջնորդելու ենք այն քաղաքացիների բանակը, որոնց թիվն ավելի մեծ է: Խոսքն այն մարդկանց մասին է, ովքեր քվեարկությանը մասնակցել չեն ցանկանում»,- ընդգծեց Սեֆիլյանը՝ չնայած Արամ Մանուկյանի հորդորներին, որ պետք է ակտիվորեն մասնակցել քվեարկությանը:

Սեֆիլյանը ՀԱԿ-ին և ՀԺԿ-ին կոր արեց իրենց շտաբերը ևս բերել Ազատության հրապարակ, ինչպես վարվել է «Նոր Հայաստան» նախաձեռնությունը, ինչին ի պատասխան՝ «ոչ»-ի շարժման շտաբի ղեկավար Լևոն Զուրաբյանը միայն ընդգծեց, որ իրենց շտաբն ունի հստակ ծրագիր և շարժվելու է այդ ծրագրով:

Հանրահավաքին հաջորդեց մասնակիցների երթը Երևանի կենտրոնական փողոցներով, որից հետո մարդկանց մեծ մասը ցրվեց, իսկ  մյուսները  կրկին վերադարձան Ազատության հրապարակ:
