 ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների ԱԳ նախարարների հայտարարությունը ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման առնչությամբ ուղղված է բացառապես Ադրբեջանին: Տեսակետը ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանինն է:«Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հարցին ի պատասխան Նալբանդյանն ասաց, որ հայտարարության մեջ մի քանի անգամ կոչ է արվում կողմերին վերահաստատել հանձնառությունը միայն խաղաղ ճանապարհով, բանակցությունների միջոցով հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման առնչությամբ:  

Նախարարը հիշեցրեց, որ ԵԱՀԿ համանախագահող պետությունների ոչ միայն ԱԳ նախարարները, այլեւ ղեկավարները բազմիցս նման հայտարարություն արել են եւ Հայաստանը մշտապես վերահաստատել է իր դիրքորոշումն այդ կապակցությամբ: «Այդպես էլ մենք չլսեցինք Ադրբեջանին, թե իրենք ի՞նչ են կարծում: Այս կոչը եւս մեկ անգամ ուղղված է Ադրբեջանին: Կոչ են անում, որ կողմերը փարատեն այն տպավորությունը, որ լուրջ չեն վերաբերում, որ միայն բանակցությունների միջոցով պետք է կարգավորել հիմնախնդիրը: Պարզ է, թե ում էր ուղղված, որովհետեւ ո՞վ է  սպառնում ուժ կիրառելով, ո՞վ է սպառնում պատերազմով: Հայաստա՞նը: Երբեւեէ: Հակառակ կողմն է այդ ամենը անում»,- ասաց Նալբանդյանը՝ հավելելով, որ  եռանախագահները նաեւ կոչ են արել կողմերին վերահատատել իրենց համաձայնությունը սահմանին միջադեպերի առնչությամբ հետաքննության մեխանիզմի ստեղծման մասին: Հայաստանը մինչ այս հայտարարությունն էլ, սրանից առաջ էլ Նյու Յորքում կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ վերահաստատել էր իր հանձնառությունը հետաքննության մեխանիզմի ստեղծման անչությամբ, իսկ Ադրբեջանը մերժել էր:

«Եռանախագահներն իրենց հայտարարության մեջ խստիվ դատապարտում են ծանր հրետանու օգտագործումը: Ո՞վ է օգտագործում ծանր հրետանի: Ադրբեջանական կողմն է վերջերս սկսել օգտագործել ծանր հրետանի: Հետեւաբար, դատապարտում են Ադրբեջանի կողմից ծանր հրետանու օգտագործումը: Եւ վերջապես եռանախագահները դատապարտում են այն սուր քննադատությունները, որ ուղղված է համանախագահների հասցեին: Հայաստանը երբեւէ քննադատե՞լ է:  Ես իմ ելույթում էլ ասացի, որ Հայաստանը երբեք չի քննադատել եռանախագահողներին»,- ասաց Նալբանդյանը՝ հավելելով, որ ներկա դրութ յամբ հարցը հետեւյալն է, թե Ադրբեջանը որքանո՞վ կլսի այդ շեշտադրումները եւ որքանո՞վ ադեկվատ կերպով կըմբռնի, թե միջազգային հանրությունն ինչ է ասում:
