1. Պատմության ընթացքում ամենամեծ գումարը (390 մլն դոլար) խաղարկվել է ամերիկյան  Mega Millions վիճակախաղի ընթացքում: Խաղարկությունից մի քանի օր առաջ ամբողջ երկրում հերթեր են գոյացել վիճակախաղի տոմսեր վաճառող կրպակների մոտ: Յուրաքանչյուր 176 միլիոն մարդուց միայն մեկը կարող էր շահել վիճակախաղում: Հաղթեցին երկու ամերիկացիներ. մեկը՝ Ջորջիա, մյուսը՝ Նյու Ջերսի նահանգից: Նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը ստացավ 190 միլիոն դոլար:

2. 365 միլիոն դոլար արժողությամբ ջեք-փոթը խաղարկվում էր 2006թ. փետրվարին: Ամերիկյան Նեբրասկա նահանգի երկու բնակիչ, որ աշխատում էին մսի արտադրության կոմբինատում, զվարճանքի համար էին վիճակախաղի տոմս գնել: Իմանալով 365 մլն դոլար շահելու մասին, նրանք երկար ժամանակ շոկի մեջ են եղել: Այդ իսկ պատճառով նրանք ստացել են միայն 177 մլն դոլար՝ շահած գումարի կեսը, քանի որ վիճակախաղի կանոնների համաձայն՝ շահումն ամբողջությամբ կարելի է ստանալ 30 օրվա ընթացքում:

3. «Big Game» վիճակախաղի գումարը 2000թ. կազմում էր 363 մլն դոլար: Այդ տարիներին դա խաղարկված ամենամեծ գումարն էր: Հաղթողներից մեկը հետագայում պատմել է, որ ինքը երբեք վիճակախաղի սիրահար չի եղել: Պարզապես մի անգամ որոշել է հոթ-դոգ գնել 2 դոլարով, սակայն մանրադրամ չի ունեցել, վաճառողն էլ չի կարողացել վերադարձնել մանրը: Որոշ ժամանակ վիճելուց հետո նա գնացել է և վիճակախաղի 98 տոմս գնել:

4. 340 մլն դոլար շահած Սթիվ Վեստուն հետագայում պատմել է, որ վիճակախաղի տոմսը լրացրել են ամբողջ ընտանիքով:

8. 2006թ. 230 մլն դոլար է շահել ԱՄՆ Վիրջինիա նահանգի բնակիչներից մեկը:

9. 2004թ. նոյեմբերին Կոլումբիայից ԱՄՆ ներգաղթած 49-ամյա Խուան Ռոդրիգեսը 149 մլն դոլար է շահել: Մինչ շահումը նա Նյու Յորքի ավտոկանգառներից մեկում պահակ էր աշխատում: Աշխատած գումարը նրա ընտանիքին չէր բավականացնում, և կինը մշտապես բողոքում էր ամուսնուց: Երբ տղամարդու պարտքը բանկում կազմեց 44 հազար դոլար, իսկ նրա գրպանում մնաց ընդամենը 1 դոլար, նա որոշեց վիճակախաղի տոմս գնել: Եվ շահեց: Շահումից ընդամենը 10 օր անց նրա կինը՝ Իրիսը, որոշեց ամուսնալուծվել և ստանալ ամուսնու շահած գումարի կեսը: Դատարանի հարցին՝ ինչո՞վ ամուսինը չի գոհացրել իրեն, Իրիսը պատասխանել է. «Նա կարող էր ավելի շատ գումար շահել»:

10. 2013թ. մարտին Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի բնակիչ, հայազգի Ալբերտ Բեգրակյանը 100 մլն ռուբլի է շահել վիճակախաղով: Սա ռուսական վիճակախաղի ընթացքում ստացած ամենամեծ գումարն էր: Ալբերտ Բեգրակյանը Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան տեղափոխվել է 2001թ. իր ընտանիքի՝ կնոջ և երկու աղջիկների հետ: Սկզբնական շրջանում նա խանութում պահակ է աշխատել, սակայն որոշ ժամանակ անց բացել էր իր սեփական խանութը: 2006թ. նա դարձել է ավտոտեխսպասարկման կետի սեփականատեր: Նա լրագրողներին պատմել է, որ վաղուց էր երազում բնակարան գնել Հայաստանում, ինչպես նաև ավտոմեքենա՝ ծնողների համար:
