Շատերին թվում է, որ համբույրը պարզ բան է, այստեղ սովորելու ոչինչ չկա, նշանակում է` այդ մասին մտածել պետք էլ չէ: Սակայն շատ աղջիկներ չեն հասկանում, թե ինչպես է լինում, որ համբուրվելիս քթերը չեն խանգարում: Եվ իսկապես, անփորձ զույգերի համար համբույրը դյուրին չի թվում: Իսկ թե համբուրվելու ընթացքում աղջկա գլխում ինչ է կատարվում… Կարծես ամբողջ աշխարհը փուլ է գալիս:

Աղջիկներն այդ ընթացքում հակված են մտածել ամեն ինչ մասին, սակայն ոչ այն բանի, որ համբուրվում են: Նրանց մի շարք հարցեր են հետաքրքում: Օրինակ՝ արդյո՞ք պետք է փակել աչքերը, նրան դո՞ւր է գալիս ինձ հետ համբուրվել, ինչպե՞ս եմ դիտվում կողքից եւ այլն:

Փորձառու կանայք խորհուրդ են տալիս այսպես վարվել. համբուրվելու ընթացքում մի ձեռքով գրկեք զուգընկերոջ պարանոցը, իսկ մյուս ձեռքը դրեք նրա կրծքին: Այս դիրքով դուք միշտ կարող եք կառավարել համբույրի ռիթմն ու տեւողությունը: Բացի այդ, այս դիրքը հնարավորություն է տալիս ցանկացած պահի ընդհատել համբույրն ու նայել զուգընկերոջը (միաժամանակ վերականգնելով շնչառությունը): Մի խոսքով, մի շտապեք նետվել տղամարդու գիրկը՝ նույնիսկ շարժվելու հնարավորություն չունենալով: Հավասարապես մասնակցեք համբույրին եւ դադարեցրեք այն, եթե ձեզ ինչ-որ բան դուր չի գալիս:

«Ինչպե՞ս կարող եմ շնչել» հարցը հեշտ է լուծվում. բերանով շնչեք: Կարծում եմ՝ պետք չէ նշել, որ շնչառությունը պետք է թարմ լինի: Միայն հոլիվուդյան ֆիլմերում է, որ զույգերն առավոտյան կրքոտ համբուրվում են: Առօրյա կյանքում այդպիսի համբույրը նախքան ատամները մաքրելը դժվար թե որեւէ մեկի համար գայթակղիչ լինի:

Համբուրվելիս խորը եւ հանգիստ շնչեք: Ընդհանրապես, պետք է փորձել առավելապես թուլանալ ու թուլացնել շուրթերը, որպեսզի զգաք համբույրի ամբողջ հաճույքը: Երբ լարված եք, այդ անդրադառնում է համբույրի որակի վրա:

Եթե համբուրվելու համեստ փորձ ունեք, մի փորձեք զուգընկերոջը ներկայանալ որպես ճակատագրական գայթակղիչ կին: Այդ դեպքում ծիծաղելի տեսք կունենաք: Դրա հետ մեկտեղ, պետք է նախաձեռնությունը հանձնեք տղամարդուն, թող նա առաջինն արտահայտի ձեզ համբուրելու ցանկությունը: Եթե նա այդ չի անում եւ դուք վստահ չեք, որ ուզում է ձեզ հետ հաբուրվել, ապա պետք չէ ռիսկի դիմել, որպեսզի ձեզ չվանեն՝ այս բառի բոլոր իմաստներով:
