Ես` Իլյա Սանդիկովս, 2005 թ-ից աշխատում եմ Արամյանցի տուն թանգարանում, որպես տնտեսվար զբաղվել եմ թանգարանային օբյեկտի տնտեսական աշխատանքներով: Նշված օբյեկտը գտնվում է ք.Ախթալա տուրիստական հանգրվան հասցեում և զբաղեցնում է 50 հա տարածք: 2006 թվականից, որպես աշխատող գրանցված եմ եղել «Ախթալայի լեռնահարստացման կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ում, սակայն փաստացի աշխատել եմ նշված թանգարանում:

Ստացել եմ 450 000 հազար աշխատավարձ, որից 120 000 ՀՀ դրամը ստացել եմ «Ախթալայի լեռնահարստացման կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ից, իսկ մնացած 350 000 ՀՀ դրամը ինձ վճարել է Մադլեն-Սեդրակ Թաշճյանը առձեռն, որն էլ հանդիսանում է այդ տարածքի սեփականատերը:

2014թ.-ի օգոստոս ամսից ինձ և մնացած բոլոր աշխատողներին ազատեցին «Ախթալայի լեռնահարստացման կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ից, սակայն մենք շարունակում էինք սպասարկել նշված օբյեկտը և ստանում էինք մեր աշխատավարձը: «Ախթալայի լեռնահարստացման կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ից ազատվելուց հետո մինչև սեպտեմբեր հոկտեմբեր ամիսները մեր աշխատավարձը վճարում էր Մադլեն-Սեդրակ ԹաշՃյանը, այնուհետև վճարում էր փաստաբան Լուսինե Սահակյանը: Մեր աշխատավարձը փաստացի վճարվում էր մինչև 2015թ հունվարի 1-ը:

Նշված ժամանակահատվածում նույն Լուսինե Սահակյանի ամուսինը Արգիշտի Կիվիրյանը մեզ համար անհասկանալի իրավիճակում և պատճառաբանությամբ տասնյակ հազարներով ձեռք բերված գույքը տանում է Արամյանցի տուն թանգարանից և չի վերադարձնում առ այսօր, ինչի իրավունքը կարծում եմ չուներ: Իրավիճակին խառնվեց նաև մեր համայնքի ոստիկանության օպերլիազոր Արամ Ռեվազյանը փորձելով խոչընդոտել գույքի տարահանմանը, սակայն վերջինիս չհաջողվեց կանխել այն:

Ստեղծված իրավիճակում մենք ստիպված շարունակում ենք աշխատել թանգարանում, որպիսի չմատնենք այն անտերության և այժմյա թանգարանի սեփականատիրոջից շուրջ մեկ տարի չենք ստանում որևէ վարձատրություն՝ աշխատավարձ չունենալով նրա մասին որևէ տեղեկություն

Այս ամենը անթույլատրելի է՝ անտերության է մատնվել Հայաստանի համար էական մշակույթային նշանակություն ունեցող մշակութային օջախ, իսկ մյուս կողմից մեզ ապօրինի աշխատացնում են և չեն վճարում մեր հասանելիք աշխատավարձը:
