Առողջապահության նախարարությունում ռենտգենաբան-ռադիոլոգները քննարկել են ճառագայթային ախտորոշման արդիական խնդիրները

Հանրապետության առաջատար ռենտգենաբան-ռադիոլոգների մասնակցությամբ հրավիրված խորհրդակցության ընթացքում քննարկվել են  ճառագայթային  ախտորոշման  ոլորտի արդիական խնդիրները: Մասնագետների` ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանիններկայացրած օրակարգային հարցերի թվում էր մասնագիտական միասնական կառույց ունենալու հարցը:

«Մենք կարևորում ենք այս ոլորտում  ևս մեկ, միաձուլված միասնական դաշտ ունենալը»,- ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, ընդգծել է Արմեն Մուրադյանը:

Նա հորդորել է քննարկման  մասնակիցերին հաջորդ տարվա սկզբին  հասարակական գործունեությունը կենտրոնացնել մեկ  անկախ մասնագիտական կառույցում, որը կունենա ղեկավար մարմին, ոլորտի զարգացման  հստակ տեսլական,  կանցկացնի տարեկան ժողովներ և կկարողանա համախմբել հանրապետության  ռենտգենաբան-ռադիոլոգներին, կառաջնորդվի  հաստատված չափորոշիչներով:

Նախարարը մեծապես կարևորել է մասնագիտական միավորումների գործունեությունը, որն առաջին հերթին պետք է միտված լինի ոլորտում առկա խնդիրների վերհանմանը, դրանց լուծման ուղիների մշակմանը:

Արմեն Մուրադյանը խոսել է նաև ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունված «Բնակչության բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում լրացումներ և փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին ՀՀ օրենքի նախագծի մասին, որի նպատակը առողջապահության համակարգում գործունեություն իրականացնող բուժաշխատողների մասնագիտական որակների և նրանց գիտելիքների բարձրացումն է։

Նախագիծը ենթադրում է շարունակական մասնագիտական զարգացման ապահովում: Բուժաշխատողները յուրաքանչյուր հինգ տարին մեկ պետք է հավաստագրում անցնեն` ըստ այդ տարիների ընթացքում իրականացված մասնագիտական գործունեության, ինչպես նաև ձեռք բերված գիտելիքների և հմտությունների գնահատման հիման վրա:

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի տեղակալ Վահան Պողոսյանի խոսքով` տարիների փորձը վկայում է, որ նախարարության հետ առավել սերտ համագործակցում են այն մասնագիտական միավորումները, որոնք միասնական են աշխատում:

«Այս կառույցներն աջակից են նախարարության վարած քաղաքականությանը: Մենք սպասելիքներ ունենք մասնագիտական միավորումներից»,-  ասել է նախարարի տեղակալը:

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում մասնագետներն անդրադարձել են նաև  ոլորտի այլ հարցերի, որոնց թվում էր նաև ճառագայթային ախտորոշման մեթոդով իրականացվող հետազոտությունների  իրականացումը,  հիվանդի և բուժանձնակազմի անվտանգության  ապահովումը:
