Չորս տարում ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն է ստացել 12 հազար սիրիահայ

Այս պահին Հայաստանում է գտնվում շուրջ 1700 սիրիահայ, 2012-2015թթ. ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն է ստացել 12.000 սիրիահայ, 1650 սիրիահայ ստացել է կացության կարգավիճակ: Աշխատանքի տեղավորման խնդրով նախարարություն է դիմել 2200 սիրիահայ: Տնտեսական գործունեություն ծավալելու համար Փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության զարգացման ազգային կենտրոնի կողմից ֆինանսավորվել է 85 սիրիահայ: Աշխատանքի տեղավորման հարցով ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարությունը համագործակցել է 200 պետական և հասարակակական կազմակերպությունների ու անհատների հետ: 500-ից ավելի սիրիահայ աշխատանքի է տեղավորվել փոքր բիզնեսում կայացած սիրիահայ գործարարների մոտ:

Այս պահին 1000-ից ավելի սիրիահայ ընտանիք բնակվարձ է ստանում բարեգործական տարբեր կազմակերպություններից: 2015թ. նախարարության իրավաբանական վարչության կողմից  500 սիրիահայի ցուցաբերվել է իրավաբանական աջակցություն: Վերջիններիս նմանատիպ աջակցություն է ցուցաբերել փաստաբանների միությունը: Տարվա ընթացքում ծա վալուն աշխատանք է իրականացվել առողջապահության ոլորտում: Այս տվյալները  դեկտեմբերի 10-ին տեղի ունեցած սիրիահայերի հիմնախնդիրները համակարգող միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի ամփոփիչ նիստում, Սիրիահայերի հիմնախնդիրները համակարգող միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի 2015 թվականին կատարված աշխատանքների մասին զեկույցում ներկայացրել է ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Ֆիրդուս Զաքարյանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության մամուլի և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ծավալվեց է լուրջ քննարկում սիրիահայերի հիմնախնդիրների շուրջ: ՀԲԸՄ-ի Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչ Հովիկ Յորդեկյանը նշել է, որ սիրիահայ ուսանողների կրթաթոշակների տրամադրման հարցում, ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից հատկացված գումարներից զատ, ֆինանսական աջակցություն են տրամադրել ՀԲԸՄ-ն և «Գալուստ Գյուլպենկյան» հիմնադրամը՝ լրացուցիչ ֆինանսավորելով ևս 2 տասնյակ ուսանողների կրթավճարներÕ ¨:

Ամփոփելով նիստը՝ սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը նշել է, որ Սիրիահայերի հիմնախնդիրները համակարգող միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի կազմում ներկայացված գերատեսչությունները պատասխանատվությամբ են վերաբերվել իրենց իրավասությանն առնչվող հարցերին: Նախարարը խորին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել բոլոր գերատեսչություններին, բարեգործական, հասարակական կազմակերպություններին, հոգևոր կառույցներին՝ բարեխիղճ աշխատանքի համար: Նախարարը նշել է, որ բնակարանի և աշխատանքի հարցը շարունակում է մնալ պրոբլեմային, ինչը պետք է հաղթահարել միավորված ջանքերով: Նա կարևորել է աջակցության կարիք ունեցող սիրիահայերի հանդեպ մշտական զգոնությունն ու հոգատարությունը:
