Աղվերանում դեկտեմբերի 10-11-ը կայացել է «Բիզնես ոլորտի կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերն ու բարեխղճության հիմնախնդիրները Հայաստանում» խորագրով աշխատաժողովը, որը կազմակերպել էին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունը, ՔՀԿ-ների հակակոռուպցիոն կոալիցիան և Հայաստանի երիտասարդ իրավաբանների ասոցիացիան: Գործընկերներն Էին «Թրանսփարենսի Ինթերնեշնլ» հակակոռուպցիոն կենտրոնն ու «Ինֆորմացիայի ազատության կենտրոն» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը:

 ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, աշխատաժողովին մասնակցել են ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը, ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար, դեսպան Անդրեյ Սորոկինը, Հայաստանում Եվրոպական Միության պատվիրակության համագործակցության բաժնի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Խոսե Մարիա Մեդինա Նավարոն, ինչպես նաև՝ պետական մարմինների, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, բիզնես ոլորտի և  հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:

Սուրեն Քրմոյանը բացման խոսքում նշել է, որ բիզնեսի ինքնամաքրման գործընթացը կամ այդ ոլորտի ներքին կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի կանխարգելումը մեր երկրի համար առաջնային հիմնախնդիրներից է: Ըստ նրա՝ ոլորտում առկա կոռուպցիոն երևույթներից առաջին հերթին տուժում է պետությունը.«Պետությունը պատրաստակամ է և ջանք չի խնայում, որ բիզնես ոլորտում կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերը ևս նվազեն, ու տնտեսությունը լինի մրցակցային: Նախկինում միայն խոսվում էր հանրային ծառայության ոլորտում կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի մասին, հաճախ մոռանում էինք խոշոր ձեռնարկությունները, ընկերությունները, մոռանում էինք այն վնասները, որ կոռուպցիան հասցնում է ՓՄՁ-ներին»,- նշել է նախարարի տեղակալը:

Անդրեյ Սորոկինն ընգծել է, որ այս խնդիրը ինչպես ԵԱՀԿ-ի, այնպես էլ ՀՀ կառավարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում է: Նրա խոսքով՝ գրասենյակն աջակցում է քաղաքացիական հասարակությանը և պետական մարմիններին կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարում: Դեսպանը կարևորել է նաև հակակոռուպցիոն կրթությունը:

Խոսե Մարիա Մեդինա Նավարոն իր խոսքում նշել է, որ կոռուպցիան սարսափելի երևույթ է, քանի որ խաթարում է արդարության սկզբունքը:

Երկօրյա հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են բիզնես ոլորտում առկա կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերը, բարեխղճության հիմնախնդիրները, ներկայացվել առաջարկություններ դրանց նվազեցման ուղղությամբ:
