Իրաքը թուրքական զորքերի հարցով նամակ է հանձնել ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդին

Իրաքի իշխանությունները նամակ են հանձնել Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության Անվտանգության խորհրդին՝ պահանջելով ստիպել Թուրքիային դուրս հանել զորքերը իրաքյան տարածքից, ինչը համարվում է ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության կոպիտ խախտում: Ինչպես հաղորդում է  Արմենպրեսը՝ վկայակոչելով ռուսական ՏԱՍՍ-ը, այս տեղեկությունը հաստատել է ՄԱԿ-ում ԱՄՆ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Սամանթա Փաուերը, ով դեկտեմբերին նախագահում է Անվտանգության խորհուրդը:

Նամակում նշված է, որ պաշտոնական Բաղդադը փորձել է Թուրքիայի հետ խնդիրը կարգավորել «դիվանագիտական ճանապարհով», սակայն չի կարողացել «համոզել թուրքական կողմին զորքերը դուրս բերել օկուպացրած իրաքյան տարածքներից»:

«Իրաքը ցանկանում է տեղեկացնել անդամ երկրներին, որ անօտարելի իրավունք ունի ինքնապաշտպանության՝ համապատասխան ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության և միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի, ինչպես նաև ձեռնարկել բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումները, որպեսզի դադարեցվի այդ թշնամական գործողությունը և վերջ տրվի ինքնիշխան իրաքյան տարածքում թուրքական կասկածելի հավակնություններին»,-նշվում է նամակում: ՄԱԿ-ում Իրաքի մշտական ներկայացուցիչն ընդգծել է, որ նմանօրինակ գործողությունները «վիրավորական են բարÇդրացիական հարաբերությունների համար, ինչպես նաև սպառնում են միջազգային խաղաղությանն ու անվտանգությանը»: Նա հավելել է նաև, որ թուրքական զորքերի ներխուժումը տեղի է ունեցել առանց Իրաքի կենտրոնական իշխանությունների համաձայնությանը:
