Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանի աշխատակազմին է ներկայացրել վարչական շրջանի նորանշանակ ղեկավար Վաղինակ Մկրտչյանին: Վարչական շրջանի նախկին ղեկավար Վարազդատ Մկրտչյանն իր դիմումի համաձայն ազատվել է աշխատանքից: Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվությ ան և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով համատեղ աշխատանքի համար` քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն ընդգծել է, որ այն եղել է արդյունավետ ու հաջողված, ինչը թիմային կազմակերպված աշխատանքի արդյունք է: Նշելով, որ հատկապես վարչական շրջանների արդյունավետ աշխատանքով է ապահովվում քաղաքային տնտեսության զարգացումը, քաղաքապետն ընդգծել է, որ յուրաքանչյուր աշխատակցից ակնկալում է բարեխիղճ և սրտացավ աշխատանք:

Աշխատակազմին ներկայացնելով վարչական շրջանի նոր ղեկավարին՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը շեշտել է, որ նրանից ակնկալում է Նորք-Մարաշում տարիների ընթացքում ձևավորված թիմային աշխատանքի և ավանդույթների շարունակականության ապահովում: Քաղաքապետը նաև համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ վարչական շրջանի նորանշանակ ղեկավարն իր նոր մոտեցումներով և կազմակերպչական ունակություններով կզարգացնի այն ձեռքբերումները, որոնք արձանագրել է վարչական շրջանը նախկին ղեկավարի պաշտոնավարման տարիներին:

«Պետք է քաջ գիտակցել, որ այսօր մայրաքաղաքի զարգացման հարցում մեծացել են մեր բնակիչների պահանջներն ու սպասելիքները, ուստի կրկնապատկվել են նաև մեր պահանջները վարչական շրջանների աշխատակազմերից: Քաղաքապետարանը մշտապես աջակից է լինելու վարչական շրջանում իրականացվող ծրագրերի կյանքի կոչմանն ու համատեղ ուժերով լուծումներ տալու բոլոր այն խնդիրներին, որոնք դեռևս ծառացած են»,- նշել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն ու հաջողություններ մաղթել վարչական շրջանի նորանշանակ ղեկավար Վաղինակ Մկրտչյանին:
