Դեռ օրեր առաջ իշխանական վերնախավը ՀՀ ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Պավլիկ Սաֆարյանի շուրթերով գուժեց, որ վատ ենք ապրելու, ժողովուրդ, պատրաստ լինենք...

Թվում է, թե այդ վատ ապրելը խեղճ ու կրակ և առանց այն էլ վատ ապրող քաղաքացուն չէր վերաբերվելու միայն, և սոցիալական պետություն տարփողող մեր պաշտոնյաները ևս վատ են ապրելու, Սերգո ջան...

Բայց չէ, ի տարբերություն մեզ ու մեր նման չարքաշ աշխատավորների, մեր շուստրի պաշտոնյաները կարողացել են յուրյաց գերդաստանը ապահովել մինչև օխտը պորտ, և վատ ապրելու մասին նրանց ակնարկները վերաբերվում է բացառապես շարքային, համեստ մեր քաղաքացիներին...

Եվ այսպես, 2016 թվականին առավել վատ ապրելու կանխագուշակմամբ կռկռացած ՀՀ ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Պավլիկ Սաֆարյանի մասին այսօր շատ հետաքրքիր տեղեկություններ են հայտնվել մամուլում: «Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը գրում է, որ Սաֆարյանն աշխատանքի է տեղավորել իր ողջ ազգուտակին, նրա մի բաջանաղը՝ Տիգրան Զաքարյանը, կազմակերպական և հսկողական վարչության պետի տեղակալն է, մյուս բաջանաղը՝ Էդիկ Պապյանը, Արաբկիրի հարկայինում գլխավոր տեսուչ է, նախկինում սոցբաժնի պետն էր, բաժինը վերանալուց հետո պաշտոնն իջել է։ Եղբայրը՝ Գագիկ Սաֆարյանը, օպերատիվ հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության 1-ին բաժնի պետն է, քույրը՝ Աստղիկ Գևորգյանը, գլխավոր տեսուչ է:
