 «Տաթևի վերածնունդ» ծրագրի շրջանակներում մեկնարկել են Տաթևի վանական համալիրի վերականգնման աշխատանքները: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին «Հայաստանի զարգացման նախաձեռնություններ» (IDeA) հիմնադրամի հանրային կապերի բաժնից, դեկտեմբերից արդեն իսկ սկսվել է համալիրի հյուսիսային մուտքի վերանորոգումը:

«Որոշվեց աշխատանքներն սկսել հյուսիսային մուտքից, ինչը կարեւոր էր թե զբոսաշրջիկների համար խոչընդոտներ չստեղծելու, թե համալիրի վերականգնման աշխատանքները ճիշտ կազմակերպելու տեսանկյունից: Սա այն դարպասն է, որը գործել է պատմականորեն: Այս դարպասից մուտք գործելիս միանգամից իր ողջ վեհությամբ երեւում է Սուրբ Պողոս-Պետրոս եկեղեցին, եւ շատ գեղեցիկ տեսարան է բացվում: Աշխատանքների ընթացքում ոչ միայն կամրացվի մուտքի պարսպապատը, այլեւ կվերականգնվի սկզբնական տեսքը»,-նշել է «Տաթևի վերածնունդ» ծրագիրն իրականացնող «Հայաստանի զարգ ացման նախաձեռնություններ» (IDeA) հիմնադրամի ղեկավար Էդգար Մանուկյանը:

Մինչև շինարարական աշխատանքների մեկնարկը, մասնագիտական կազմակերպությունների կողմից իրականացվել են մի շարք հետազոտություններ, այդ թվում՝ երկրաֆիզիկական, երկրաբանական, նյութաբանական, տարածքի սեյսմիկ վիճակի, կառույցների ինժեներական ուսումնասիրություններ, լազերային սքանավորում: Ուսումնասիրվել են նաեւ Տաթեւի վանական համալիրին վերաբերող մատենագիտական եւ արխիվային փաստաթղթերը՝ վերականգնման աշխատանքները պատմական տեսքին եւ կառուցապատմանը համապատասխան իրականացնելու համար:

Վանական համալիրի հիմքը ստորգետնյա ջրերից պաշտպանելու եւ խոնավությունից զերծ պահելու համար դրենաժային նոր համակարգ է կառուցվել: «Հյուսիսային մուտքից հետո կմեկնարկեն համալիրի մյուս կառույցների՝ Սուրբ Աստվածածին եկեղեցու վերանորոգման աշխատանքները, զուգահեռ կիրականացվի Ճոճվող սյան՝ Գավազանի եւ Զանգակատան վերականգնումը»,-ասել է «Տաթեւի վերածնունդ» ծրագրի ղեկավար Հայկ Թութունջյանը:

Տաթեւի վանական համալիրի վերականգնման աշխատանքներն իրականացնելիս IDeA հիմնադրամը համագործակցում է Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի ճարտարապետական խորհրդի եւ ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության հետ: «Տաթեւի վերածնունդ» ծրագրի շրջանակում նախատեսվում է վերանորոգել եւ վերականգնել վանական համալիրի բոլոր՝ թե եկեղեցական, թե օժանդակ կառույցները:
