Ձմռանը սննդակարգում անպայման պետք է ներառել թարմ սեզոնային բանջարեղեն, մրգեր, հատապտուղներ, պանիր, կաթնամթերք: Չպետք է մոռանալ նաև մսի ու յուղոտ ձկան մասին, որում պարունակվող օմեգա-3-ն անհրաժեշտ է գեղեցիկ մաշկ, մազեր ու եղունգներ ունենալ ցանկացող կանանց: Այդպիսի ձկներից են՝ իշխանը, սաղմոնը, վարդագույն սաղմոնը, ձողաձուկը, սկումբրիան, սարդինաձուկը, թառափը, ծովատառեխը:

Դեմքի մաշկի սնուցում և պաշտպանություն

Խոնավեցնող քսուքը հրաշալի կոսմետիկ միջոց է գարուն-ամառ սեզոնի համար: Բայց ձմռանը պետք է օգտագործել սնուցող և պաշտպանող քսուքներ: Քսուքը պետք է քսել փողոց դուրս գալուց 30-40 րոպե առաջ, այդ դեպքում այն կհասցնի ներծծվել և կսկսի գործել՝ մաշկը պաշտպանելով քամուց ու ցրտից: Եթե մաշկը շատ չոր է և առանց խոնավեցման չի լինի, կարելի է օգտագործել յուղային, ոչ թե ջրային հիմքով քսուք:

Մեղմ ռեժիմ մազերի համար

Зимой волосы страдают от холода, ветра и мороза, поэтому стоит перевести уход за локонами в щадящий режим.

Ձմռանը գլուխն ամեն անգամ լվալուց հետո պետք է սնուցող դիմակներ դնել, իսկ սանրվածքի համար ավելի լավ է՝ օգտագործել չլվացվող քսուք կամ յուղային սփրեյներ: Պետք է հնարավորինս քիչ մազերը վարսահարդարիչով չորացնել և ուղղել «արդուկով»:

Մաշկի պաշտպանություն ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթներից

Ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթները չեն անհետանում՝ որքան էլ դրսում ցուրտ լինի: Ձմեռվա արևը կարող է հանգեցնել մաշկի վնասման և նույնիսկ այրվածքների:

Ձեռքերի մաշկի խնամք

Ցուրտ ժամանակ ձեռքերը և եղունգները պետք է առանձնակի մանրամասն խնամել: Չի կարելի տնից առանց ձեռնոցի դուրս գալ, ձեռքի տակ միշտ պետք է լինեն սնուցող և պաշտպանող քսուքներ, քնելուց առաջ պետք է մաշկին խոնավեցնող կոսմետիկ միջոց քսել:

Փափուկ միջոցներ մաշկը մաքրելու համար

В холодное время года стоит отказаться от очищающих средств на основе спирта - они сушат кожу. Альтернатива - легкие пенки и мягкое молочко.

Ձմռանը չորությունից ու թեփոտությունից խուսափելու համար չի կարելի օգտագործել սպիրտի հիմքով մարքող միջոցներ: Լվացվելու համար հարմար են թեթև օճառները, իսկ վերջում լավ կլինի օգտագործել փափուկ քսուք:

В зимний период года лучше отказаться от горячих ванн в пользу теплого душа.

Իհարկե, տաք վաննան օգնում է թուլանալ, բայց այդպիսի ջրային պրոցեդուարները քանդում են մաշկի լիպիդային արգելքները, ինչը կարող է հանգեցնել խոնավության կորստի: Ավելի լավ է՝ խոնավեցնող գելերով տաք լոգանք ընդունել: Նաև պետք չէ մանրամասն սրբվել սրբիչով. պետք է մաշկին թույլ տալ ներծծել անհրաժեշտ խոնավությունը, իսկ հետո կարելի է մարմնին թեթև խոնավեցնող քսուք քսել:
