Կարծում եմ ժամանակն է «Արդարադատություն» բրենդը առաջ մղել Հայաստանում:
Միշտ մի տեսակ «նեուլովիմի» բան կա այդ «արդարադատություն» ասվածի մեջ: Ու ինչքան այն «փնտրված» է հասարակության կողմից, այնքան դժվար է որսալը: Իմ սուբյեկտիվ պատկերացմամբ, ինչպես ամեն ինչ մեր փոքրիկ Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ արդարադատության ընկալումը ստիպված ենք անձերով պայմանավորել, անձնավորված ընկալել: Իհարկե իդեալական տարբերակը, որ լրիվ հակառակը լիներ. Արդարադատության ինստիտուտը ընկալվեր անկախ անձերի փոփոխությունից ու անձնական ունակություններից: Սակայն իրատեսությունն էլ վկայում է, որ առաջիկա 20-50 տարում այն մեզ չի սպառնում: Ուրեմն ունենք այն ինչ ունենք: Ինչու հանակարծ նման բանից խոսեցի, որովհետև ամենօրյա լրահոսին նայելով էլ ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ հապաղել էլ չի կարելի, որովհետև հասարակությունն այսօր ուղղակի ծարավ է արդարադատության: Իրավական դաշտում օր-օրի ավելանում է քաղաքացիների ակտիվությունը ու բոլորի ակնկալիքը մեկն է` պահանջում են արդարադատություն: Ինչ խոսք, առաջին հայացքից գուցե համարձակ բան թվա ասածս` «Արդարադատություն» բրենդը առաջ մղել Հայաստանում, բայց եթե մեծ ժամանակահատվածի մեջ են վերլուծում այն, գուցե հեց այսօր ունենք քիչ թե շատ նպաստավոր իրավիճակ: Հայաստանում Արդարադատության նախարարները միշտ եղել են մի տեսակ նուրբ, հանդուրժող, լավ իրավաբաններ, բայց կարծես թե միշտ ինչ որ բան պակաս է եղել ու ավելին, անցած տարիներին լուրջ խզումներ են առաջացել հենց այս գերատեսչության ու իր ենթակայության տակ գտնվող, սակայն հզոր ուժային կառույցների միջև: Օրինակ նախարարություն-կալանավայրեր, նախարարություն-ԴԱՀԿ: Էլ չեմ ասում դատարանների մասին: բայց քանի որ հենց սկզբից նշեցի, գոնե այսօր, անձի առումով նպաստավոր իրավիճակ է: Կարծես թե վերը նշածս որակների մասով, փոփոխություն կա, ու նուրբին փոխարինել է հետևողականություը ու ավելացել թափանցիկությունը, ինչն այսօրվա Արդարադատության նախարարին մի տեսակ «պռաբիվնոյ» ու առավել ընդունելի է դարձրել հասարակության աչքին: Ուրեմն գուցե հենց պահն է ավելին պահանջելու այդ գերատեսչությունից ու նաև դրանով նպաստել դրա կայացմանն ու զարգացմանը:
