Quacquarelli Symonds բրիտանական ընկերությունը հրապարակել է ԲՈՒՀ-երի ամենամյա ռեյտինգը' 2014/2015: Ցանկում հայկական ԲՈՒՀ-եր չկան՝ փոխարենը կա երկու ադրբեջանական: aze.az կայքը կարգով նշում է, որ հայկական ոչ մի ԲՈՒՀ ներառված չէ ցանկում: Սա այն պարագայում, երբ հայերը թյուրքական էթնոսին մշտապես գերազանցել են իրենց կրթական մակարդակով, և կրթությունը՝ որպես գիտության զարգացման լոկոմոտիվ, եղել է ադրբեջանա-թուրքական տարրի հետ կոնֆլիկտային հարաբերություններում մեր անվտանգության պահպանման կարևորագույն բաղադիրչներից մեկը՝ հենց թեկուզ լուծելով հայ ժողովրդի հեղինակության հարցը միջազգային ասպարեզում: Կրթությունը և մշակույթը նաև ուժեղ քաղաքական գործիքներ են արտաքին մարտահրավերներին դիմագրավելու համար: Մեր պարագայում, մշտապես գտնվելով ինֆորմացիոն պատերազմների մեջ, այդ երկու բաղադրիչները լավագույն զենքերն են, սակայն մեր ԲՈՒՀ-երի վատ վիճակն աստիճանաբար քայքայում է կրթական ռեսուրսը: Այսօր ինֆորմացիոն պատերազմները մեծապես ծավալվում են կրթական ու մշակութային ոլորտում, որոնք դարձել են ինֆորմացիոն անվտանգության կարևորագույն հենասյուներ: Հենց այս երկու ոլորտներում է, որ Ադրբեջանը պետք է տանուլ տար մեզ՝ չունենալով պատմամշակութային անցյալ ու ժառանգություն, չունենալով կրթված հասարակության անցյալ ու վառ անհատականություններ, գտնվելով ինքնության պերմանենտ փնտրտուքներում, որոնք առաջացնում են ազգային հոգեկերտվածքի քաոս: Սակայն, հարևան երկրում հասկանում են, որ եթե ոչ մշակութային, ապա կրթական ոլորտում, հետևողական ռեֆորմներով, կարելի է գերակշռություն ունենալ և արժեբանական առումով հասնել բալանսի: Այնպես որ՝ մենք հետևություններ անելու անհրաժեշտություն ունենք:
