Արհմիությունների կոնֆեդերացիայի առաջնորդի ձերբակալության դեմ 2,5 հազար մարդու մասնակցությամբ զանգվածային ցույց է տեղի ունեցել  Հարավային Կորեայի մայրաքաղաք Սեուլում, տեղեկացնում է Ասոշեյթեդ Փրեսը: 

Հանրահավաքի մասնակիցները նաեւ Հարավային Կորեայի գործող նախագահի` Պակ Կին Հեի պաշտոնանկության կոչեր են արել: Ինչպես նշում է գործակալությունը, նախագահին քննադատում են արհմիությունների եւ այն կազմակերպությունների անդամների նկատմամբ խիստ քաղաքականության համար, որոնք հանդես են գալիս աշխատանքի շուկան ավելի ճկուն դարձնելու նրա ձգտումների դեմ, տեղեկացնում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:  

Գործակալության տվյալների համաձայն, դատախազությունը պատրաստվում է Արհմիությունների կորեական կոնֆեդերացիայի ձերբակալված նախագահ Հան Սան-Յունին մեղադրանք ներկայացնել բռնության կիրառությամբ ապստամբություն սադրելու համար, ինչը տեղի է ունեցել հարավկորեական մայրաքաղաքում նախորդ հանրահավաքներից մեկի ժամանակ: Հարավկորեական օրենքների համաձայն, նման օրինախախտումը մինչեւ 10 տարվա ազատազրկում է ենթադրում: Գործակալությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ երկրի կառավարությունն արգելել է որոշ բանվորական եւ քաղաքացիական կազմակերպությունների աշխատանքը, որոնք մասնակցել են տվյալ հանրահավաքի կազմակերպմանը` նրանց մեղադրելով բռնության համար պատասխանատու լինելու համար: 

Սեուլում բողոքի առաջին լայնածավալ հակակառավարական ակցիան տեղի է ունեցել նոյեմբերի  14-ին` ավարտվելով ոստիկանության հետ բախումով, որից առնվազն   29 մարդ է տուժել: Այն ժամանակ դրան մոտ   60 հազար մարդ է մասնակցել: Ոստիկանությունը  տվյալ հանրահավաքի ընթացքում 12 մարդ է ձերբակալել: Բողոքի հաջորդ ակցիան Սեուլի կենտրոնում տեղի ունեցավ դեկտեմբերի 5-ին, դրան մոտ  40 հազար մարդ մասնակցեց, հանրահավաքի մասնակիցները պահանջում էին երկրի նախագահի հրաժարականը:
