Торт «Павлова» — нежнейший австралийский десерт, названный в честь легендарной русской балерины Анны Павловой. Придуман он был в 20-х годах прошлого века, когда Анна приезжала в Австралию и Океанию на гастроли.

Этот воздушный десерт имеет хрустящую корочку, но внутри он мягкий, а украшают его взбитыми сливками и различными сезонными фруктами и ягодами на свой вкус.

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

 4 яичных белка

  • 1 ст. сахарной пудры
  • щепотка кристаллической лимонной кислоты
  • 2 ч. л. кукурузного крахмала
  • 550 мл жирных сливок (30 % и больше)
  • 300 г клубники
  • 1 банан

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ

  1. Взбей белки миксером и понемногу добавь к ним просеянную сахарную пудру. Взбивать ингредиенты вместе необходимо не менее 10 минут. В самом конце добавь к белкам и пудре просеянный крахмал и уксус. Масса должна получиться очень густой, чтобы она не расплылась на противне.
  2. Форму для запекания или противень застели листом пергаменты, на нём начерти круг диаметром 20 см.
  3. В этот круг выложи белковую смесь, края взбей и прочерти на поверхности тонкие бороздки, чтобы масса слегка напоминала балетную пачку.
  4. Духовку разогрей до 150 °С и выпекай в ней торт минут 40. Потом открой дверцу духовки и оставь торт до полного остывания.
  5. Взбей сливки в пышную блестящую пену.
  6. Нарежь банан и клубнику. И укрась торт сливками и фруктами.
