Պրահայի Կարլի համալսարանի ռեկտոր պրոֆեսոր Տոմաշ Զիման եւ Չեխիայում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Տիգրան Սեյրանյանը սեպտեմբերի 16-ին ստորագրեցին պայմանագիր, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս 2014-2015 ուսումնական տարվանից այդ համալսարանում սկսել հայոց լեզվի, պատմության եւ մշակույթի դասավանդում։
Հանդիսավոր արարողությունը տեղի ունեցավ Կարլի համալսարանի Ընդունելությունների սրահում, իսկ ստորագրումից հետո կողմերը մտքեր փոխանակեցին ապագա համագործակցության շուրջ։ Պայմանագրի համաձայն' նաեւ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը՝ կրթության ու գիտության նախարարության խողովակով մոտ 10 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք դրամ է հատկացնում դասընթացներն սկսելու համար։ Հայերենի դասընթացները տեղի կունենան համալսարանի փիլիսոփայության ֆակուլտետի Արեւելաեվրոպական հետազոտությունների բաժանմունքում։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին «Օրեր» եվրոպական ամսագրից, համալսարանի ռեկտոր, բժշկական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Տոմաշ Զիման, ողջունելով Հայաստանի դեսպանին, ներկայացրեց համալսարանի պատմությունը։ Կարլի համալսարանը համարվում է աշխարհի 32 ամենահին համալսարաններից մեկը։
Համալսարանը 1347-48թթ. հիմնադրվել է Կարել 4-րդ կայսեր օրոք։ Այսօր համալսարանին կից գործում է տարբեր մասնագիտությունների գծով 17 բարձրագույն դպրոց, որոնք ցրված են Չեխիայի ողջ տարածքով։ Համալսարանում սովորում է 52 հազար ուսանող, պրոֆեսորների թիվը հասնում է 7000-ի։ Համալսարանը համագործակցում է արտասահմանյան 180 այլ համալսարանների հետ, մասնակցում բազմաթիվ միջազգային կրթական ծրագրերի։
Ռեկտոր Զիմայի ասելով' հայ ժողովրդի պատմության, լեզվի ու մշակույթի դասավանդումը շատ կարեւոր է համալսարանի համար, քանի որ արդեն իսկ կան տարբեր լեզուների գծով դասընթացներ։ «Չի բացառվում , որ հայկական դասընթացները հիմք դառնան հետագայում Կովկասյան բաժնի ստեղծման համար»- նշեց ռեկտորը։
Իր հերթին դեսպան Սեյրանյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց ծրագիրը կյանքի կոչելու համար։ Նրա խոսքով' գնահատելի է, որ 1990-ականներին Կարլի համալսարանի փիլիսոփայության ֆակուլտետում գործել է հայկական դասընթացների բաժին, որը հետագայում' 2000- ականներին, փակվել է։ Այսօր այդ ավանդույթը կրկին վերականգնվում է։
Ընդ որում, հայերեն դասավանդելու են ինչպես այդ բաժնի երբեմնի շրջանավարտներ Աննա Սոխովան եւ Միլադա Կիլյանովան, այնպես էլ Կարլի համալսարանի երգչախմբի ու նվագախմբի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար, դիրիժոր, հայագետ Հայկ Ութիջյա նը։ Արդեն իսկ դասընթացներին մասնակցության ցանկություն է հայտնել 15-20 ուսանող։
Ինչպես նշեց դեսպան Սեյրանյանը, այս պայմանագիրը լավ հիմք կարող է հանդիսանալ՝ շարունակելու համագործակցությունը նաեւ երկու երկրների համալսարանների միջեւ, ինչն իր աջակցությունը գտավ նաեւ չեխական կողմից։
Հանդիպմանը ներկա էին նաեւ Կարլի համալսարանի փիլիսոփայության ֆակուլտետի Արեւելաեվրոպական ուսումնասիրությունների բաժանմունքի դեկան Մարեկ Պրիհոդան, արտասահամանյան ուսանողների հարցերով փոխդեկան Էվա Վոլդրիխովա-Բերանկովան, Չեխիայի խորհրդարանի պատգամավորների պալատի անդամ, Չեխիա-Հայաստան միջխորհրդարանական պատգամավորական խմբի նախագահ Ռոբին Բյոհնիշը, Հայաստանի դեսպանության խորհրդական Նունե Զաստուխովան, դեսպանության այլ պաշտոնյաներ, Պրահայում հրատարակվող «Օրեր» ամսագրի գլխավոր խմբագիրը։
Վերոնշյալ պայմանագրի կնքումով իրականություն դարձավ Չեխիայում Հայաստանի դեսպանության երկամյա նպատակասլաց աշխատանքը, եւ չեխ ու օտար ուսանողները այսուհետ կարող են ծանոթանալ ոչ միայն հայոց լեզվին ու պատմությանը, այլեւ մեր բազմադարյա մշակույթի հետաքրքիր էջերին։
