«Նասդաք ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա»-ում դեկտեմբերի 24-ին տեղի է ունեցել արժեթղթավորման առաջին հիմնադրամի՝ «Վարկային պորտֆելի արժեթղթավորման հիմնադրամ 1»-ի պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումը:  

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին «Նասդաք ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա»-ից, հիմնադրամը տեղաբաշխման է ներկայացրել 1 մլն 132.8 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար (LPSFB1) և 446 մլն 260 հազար ՀՀ դրամ (LPSFB2) ծավալներով պարտատոմսերի երկու թողարկում: Տեղաբաշխմանը ներկայացված LPSFB1 պարտատոմսերը ներառել են 36 ամիս ժամկետայնությամբ, 8.5 տոկոս արժեկտրոնի տոկոսադրույքով և 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար անվանական արժեքով 11 հազար 328 հատ անվանական արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսեր, իսկ LPSFB2 պարտատոմսերը ներառել են 36 ամիս ժամկետայնությամբ, 15 տոկոս արժեկտրոնի տոկոսադրույքով և 10 հազար ՀՀ դրամ անվանական արժեքով 44 հազար 260 հատ անվանական արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսեր:     

LPSFB1 պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխման արդյունքներն են. պարտատոմսերի համար ներկայացված գնման հայտերի ընդհանուր ծավալը (ընդհանուր պահանջարկը) կազմել է 1 մլն 135 հազար 525.5 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Տեղաբաշխման արդյունքում հիմնադրամը ներգրավել է 1 մլն 135 հազար ,425.26 դոլար: Տեղաբաշխված արժեթղթերի կտրման գինը եղել է 100.2313 դոլար, միջին կշռված եկամտաբերությունը կազմել է 8.4999 տոկոս, իսկ կտրման եկամտաբերությունը՝ 8.5 տոկոս:   

LPSFB2 պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխման արդյունքներն են. պարտատոմսերի համար ներկայացված գնման հայտերի ընդհանուր ծավալը (ընդհանուր պահանջարկը) կազմել է 448 մլն 109 հազար 248.15 ՀՀ դրամ: Տեղաբաշխման արդյունքում հիմնադրամը ներգրավել է 448 մլն 69 հազար 86.01 դրամ: Տեղաբաշխված արժեթղթերի կտրման գինը եղել է 10 հազար 40.5369 դրամ, միջին կշռված եկամտաբերությունը և կտրման եկամտաբերությունը կազմել են 15 տոկլոս:

Վարկային պորտֆելով ապահովված նմանատիպ պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխում «Նասդաք ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա»-ում իրականացվում է առաջին անգամ:   

«Վարկային պորտֆելի արժեթղթավորման հիմնադրամ 1»-ը ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպություն է, որը հիմնադրվել է 2015 թվականի օգոստոսի 31-ին «Ակտիվների արժեթղթեվորման և ակտիվներով ապահովված արժեթղթերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն՝ բացառապես արժեթղթավորման և ակտիվներով ապահովված արժեթղթերի թողարկման գործունեություն իրականացնելու նպատակով: Հիմնադրամը 2015 թ. սեպտեմբերի 16-ին գրանցվել է Հայաստանի կենտրոնական բանկում՝ որպես արժեթղթավորման հիմնադրամ: Այն հիմնադրվել է երեք տարի ժամկետով՝ սկսած այն ամսա թվից, երբ կավարտվի ակտիվներով ապահովված թողարկված արժեթղթերի տեղաբաշխումը՝ մինչև 18 ամիս երկարաձգման հնարավորությամբ:

«Նասդաք ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա» ԲԲԸ-ն Հայաստանում գործող միակ ֆոնդային բորսան է: 2009թ. հունվարի 26.ից «Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսա» ԲԲԸ-ն պաշտոնապես վերանվանվել է «Նասդաք ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա»  ԲԲԸ-ի: 2009թ. հունիսի 5-ից «Նասդաք ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա»-ն «Հայաստանի Կենտրոնական Դեպոզիտարիա» ԲԲԸ-ի 100% բաժնետերն է:
