Ընթացիկ տարվա հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին զբոսաշրջության ցուցանիշը նվազել է 0,9 տոկոսով: Նշված ժամանակահատվածում Հայաստան է այցելել 932 հազար 587 զբոսաշրջիկ, որը 2014 թվականի առաջին ինն ամիսների համեմատ նվազել է 8 հազար 564-ով: Ամփոփելով 2015 թվականը` Արմենպրեսի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսին այս մասին նշեց Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության Զբոսաշրջության քաղաքականության վարչության պետ Մեխակ Ապրեսյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ զբոսաշրջության ցուցանիշի նվազումը պայմանավորված է արտաքին գործոններով:

«2015 թվականի ընթացքում ներգնա զբոսաշրջային այցելությունների քանակի նվազումը պայմանավորված է Ռուսաստանից այցելությունների նվազմամբ: Ռուսաստանից եկող քաղաքացիները զբոսաշրջային այցերի կառուցվածքում մեծ տեղ են զբաղեցնում, հետևաբար այդ ուղղությամբ այցերի կրճատումն իր բացասական ազդեցությունն է ունենում ընդհանուր տվյալների վրա»,-ասաց Մեխակ Ապրեսյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ 2015 թվականի 3-րդ եռամսյակում Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան այցելությունները կազմել են շուրջ 158 հազար, 2014 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածում 174 հազար: Նվազումը կազմում է 9 տո կոս: Մեխակ Ապրեսյանը նկատեց, որ դեպի Հայաստան եկող Ռուսաստանի զբոսաշրջիկների թվի նվազումը չի նշանակում, որ նրանց շրջանում պակասել է Հայաստանի նկատմամբ հետաքրքրությունը: Դա վերաբերում է բոլոր ուղղություններին:

«Ռուսաստանի Զբոսաշրջության ադմինիստրացիայի հրապարակած տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2015 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում Ռուսաստանից արտագնա զբոսաշրջիկների թիվը կազմել է 5 մլն 489 հազար 293, որը 38 տոկոսով պակաս է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ: Դա պայմանավորված է Ռուսաստանում առկա տնտեսական մի շարք գործոններով, մասավորապես ռուսական ռուբլու արժեզրկմամբ: Ռուս զբոսաշրջիկները կրճատել են այցերը տարբեր երկրներ, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստան: Ի դեպ, մենք տարիներ առաջ նման խնդիր ունեցանք Իրանի հետ կապված, երբ այնտեղ արժույթի արժեզրկում տեղի ունեցավ, և զգալիորեն կրճատվեց Հայաստան եկող իրանցի զբոսաշրջիկների թիվը»,-ավելացրեց Մեխակ Ապրեսյանը:

Չնայած զբոսաշրջիկների այցելությունների ցուցանիշը նվազել է, ամեն դեպքում Մեխակ Ապրեսյանը կարծում է, որ 2015 թվականը հաջողված տարի է: Մի շարք ուղղություններով ավելացել է զբոսաշրջիկների թիվը: Մասնավորապես, 2015 թվականի երրորդ եռամսյակում Իրանից, Իրաքից, Կանադայից, ԱՄՆ-ից  այցելությունների որոշակի աճ է արձանագրվել:
