Նիհարելու համար կան բազմաթիվ մեթոդներ, որոնցից են կալորիաների կրճատումը, մարզումները, սակայն նիհարելու համար լավագույն միջոցը նյութափոխանակության խթանումն է։

Այս բնական միջոցը ոչ միայն ողջ օրգանիզմը դարձնում է ճարպերն այրող միջոցի, այլ նաև կարևոր է այն, որ սննդակարգում ոչ մի կտրուկ փոփոխություններ և կրճատումներ չի նախատեսում։

Իրանի Բժշկական գիտությունների համալսարանում կատարված հետազոտությունն ուսումնասիրել է 2 խմբի՝ կազմված 44 գեր կանանցից։ 2 խմբին խորհուրդ է տրվել օգտագործել առողջ սնունդ՝ օրական 500 կալորիա։ 2 խմբերի միջև միակ տարբերություն այն էր, որ  մի խումբը պետք է նաև սննդակարգում կանոնավոր կերպով ներառեր չաման։ Փորձը տևել է 3 ամիս և այս ժամանակահատվածում չաման օգտագործող խումբը ամեն օր ուտում էր չամանով 140մլ մածուն, իսկ մյուս խումբը միայն մածուն։

Հետազոտության արդյունքներով չաման օգտագործողները նիհարել էին 14կգ-ով, ինչպես նաև այրել էին 14,64 տոկոսով ավելի շատ ճարպ, քան մյուս խմբի անդամները, որոնք այրել էին ընդամենը 4,91 տոկոս ճարպ։

Բազմաթիվ հետազոտություններ պարզել են, որ չամանը չափազանց արդյունավետ է նյութափոխանակությունը խթանելու գործում։

Նիհարելու այս միջոցը հարմար է յուրաքանչյուրին, սակայն եթե չեք սիրում մածուն, ապա կարող եք չամանն ավելացնել ձեր սնունդի մեջ։
