Այս տարի Վիրահայոց թեմը Վրաստանի կառավարությունից ստացել է 600.000 լարի, որպես փոխհատում խորհրդային տարիներին կրած վնասների: Եւս 300.000 լարի թեմը ստացել էր նախորդ տարի: 

Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու Վիրահայոց թեմի առաջնորդ Վազգեն սրբազան Միրզախանյանը շեշտեց, որ  նյութական այս հատկացումները հնարավորություն են տվել թեմին ընդլայնել իր գործունեությունը թե՝ հոգևո ր և թե՜ մշակութային ու կրթական ոլորտում: Այն նաեւ նպաստել է թեմի առաքելության աշխուժացմանը: 

«Երկու տարի առաջ Վրաստանի  վարչապետ Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիլիի հրամանով ստեղծվեց  կառավարությանը կից Կրոնի հարցերով պետական գործակալություն և հենց այդ գործակալության աշխատանքների շնորհիվ  Վրաստանի իշխանությունները որոշում ընդունեցին մասնակի փոխհատուցում  տալ ավանդական կրոնական համայնքներին խորհրդային տարիներին պատճառված վնասի դիմաց: 2014 թվականին  թեմին հատկացվեց 300 հազար  լարի, իսկ 2015 թվականին՝ 600 հազար լարի: Նյութական այս հատկացումները հնարավորություն տվեցին Թեմին ընդլայնել իր գործունեությունը թե՝ հոգևոր և թե՜ մշակութային ու կրթական ոլորտում, որը նպաստեց Թեմի առաքելության աշխուժացմանը: Թեմը բարձր է գնահատում Վրաստանի իշխանությունների այս մոտեցումը, որը բնորոշ է դեպի եվրոպական արժեհամակարգ ձգտող երկրին:  Վիրահայոց թեմը սերտ համագործակցում է պարոն Զազա Վաշախմաձեի գլխավորությամբ գործող  կրոնի հարցերով պետական գործակալության հետ: Թեմի,  Վրաստանի իշխանությունների  ու Վրաց Ուղղափառ Եկեղեցու Պատրիարքարանի  հետ համատեղ աշխատանքի արդյունք է նաև  «Նորաշեն» եկեղեցու ամրացման աշխատանքների կատարումը, որն իրականացվում է Վրաստանի ն ախկին վարչապետ Բիձինա Իվանիշվիլիի հովանավորությամբ: Այս ամենը հույս է ներշնչում, որ նման  մթնոլորտում համագործակցությունը կբերի էլ ավելի բարձր  արդյունքներ»,- ասաց սրբազանը:

Վրաստանի նախկին վարչապետ Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիլիի որոշմամբ Վրաստանում գործող 4 եկեղեցիները` Հայ առաքելականը, կաթոլիկները, մահմեդականներն ու հրեական եկեղեցին պետք է  ստանային փոխհատուցում խորհրդային տարիներին կրած վնասների համար: Փոխհատուցման ընդհանուր գումարը կազմում էր 4,5 միլիոն լարի, որը պետք է հավասարապես բախշվեր 4 եկեղեցիների միջեւ:
