 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Վարդենիս քաղաքում 14-ամյա տղայի՝  հրազենային մարմնական վնասվածք ստանալու դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 28-ին՝ ժամը 21:50-ին, Վարդենիսի կայազորային զինվորական հոսպիտալից  ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «կրծքավանդակի աջ կեսի հրազենային, գնդակային թափանցող վիրավորում» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել Վարդենիս քաղաքի անչափահաս մի բնակիչ:

Պարզվել է, որ երեխան հրազենային վնասվածք է ստացել Վարդենիս քաղաքի Ս.Գրիգորյան 9 հասցեում։ Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը՝ Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժնի պետի գլխավորությամբ։ Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր և 7,62X25 մմ տրամաչափի պարկուճներ։

 Դեպքի առթիվ Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են անչափահասի՝ հրազենային վնասվածք ստանալու հանգամանքները։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝  հայր և որդի Դավիթ և Մհեր Համբարձումյանները,  նշված հասցեում  վիճաբանել են  երկու այլ անձանց՝ Ա.Շաբոյանի և Պ.Պողոսյանի հետ, որի ժամանակ Մ.    Համբարձումյանը տանից  վերցրել է ատրճանակը և կրակոցներ արձակել, որի հետևանքով վիճաբանությանը ներկա գտնվող վերջինիս անչափահաս որդին ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածք:

Այնուհետև Ա.Շաբոյանը և Պ.Պողոսյանը նստել են Ա.Շաբոյանի կողմից վարվող «Գազ 32213» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան և փորձել են հեռանալ դեպքի վայրից: Այդ ընթացքում հնչել է երկրորդ կրակոցը, որի հետևանքով վնասվել է ավտոմեքենայի ձախ կողային ապակին:

Քրեական գործով կատարվել են մի շարք քննչական և դատավարական այլ  գործողություններ, հարցաքննվել վիճաբանությանը ներկա անձինք, վերցվել փորձանմուշներ, նշանակվել են  մի շարք փորձաքննություններ: Քննիչը միջնորդություններ է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ 3 անձանց բնակարաններում խուզարկություն կատարելու թույլտվություն ստանալու վերաբերյալ:
