Ամանորյա տոների հետ կապված՝ Orer.am-ն այս անգամ զրուցել է Հայաստանում հրեական համայնքի ղեկավար Ռիմա Վարժապետյանի հետ:

Ինչպես նշեց տիկին Վարժապետյանը, հրեական Նոր տարին նշվում է սեպտեմբեր կամ հոկտեմբեր ամիսներին՝ նայած տարի, սակայն իրենք Ամանորը նշում են նաեւ դեկտեմբերի 31-ին: Ի դեպ, ինչպես նա նշեց, որ իրենց ամանորյա սեղանը քիչ է տարբերվում հայկական ընտանիքների սեղաններից:

«Մեր տոնական սեղանը գրեթե չի տարբերվում հայկական ընտանիքների սեղաններից, քանի որ մենք ապրում ենք Հայաստանում, իմ ամուսինն էլ հայ է: Ամանորի տոների հետ կապված՝ մենք, իհարկե, հայկական ավանդական ուտեստներից բացի նաեւ պատրաստում ենք հրեական ուտեստներ, որոնք յուրահատուկ համ ունեն:

Հրեական սեղաններին իր յուրահատուկ տեղն ունի ապխտած ձուկը, Ֆաշ մակը, խալան»,- ասաց Ռ. Վարժապետյանը: Բացելով ամանորյա սեղանի զարդարանքի գաղտնիքը՝ հրեական համայնքի ղեկավարն ասաց, որ ուտեստների վրայի ամեն զարդարանք իր նշանակությունն ունի:

«Սեղանին դնում ենք ձուկ, որպեսզի առատ ու բարեբեր տարի լինի: Ձուկը զարդարում ենք գազարի օղակներով, դա խորհրդանշում է հարստություն: Պարտադիր սեղանին դնում ենք նուռ, այն խորհրդանշում է ընտանիք»,- ասաց նա:

Հրեական համայնքի ղեկավարը շատ լավ է պատկերացնում, որ առանց խաղաղ երկնքի ու ամուր սահմանների ոչ մի Ամանոր լուսավոր չի լինի, ուստի, խաղաղություն մաղթելով, նա նշեց.«Ես խաղաղություն եմ մաղթում բոլոր մարդկանց, աշխարհին, ուզում եմ, որ սահմանին վիճակը հանգիստ լինի:

Ցանկանում եմ, որ բոլորն ապրեն երկար ու երջանիկ, որ մայրերն այլեւս չլացեն ու կորուստներ չունենան»:
