Տրանսպորտային միջոցը ոչ սթափ վիճակում վարելու համար պատասխանատվությունը էականորեն խստացվել է «Վարչական իրավախախտումների մասին» օրենքում և հարակից օրենքներում կատարված փոփոխություններով: Այս մասին հունվարի 12-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց ՀՀ Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության իրավաբանական վարչության պետ Արմեն Չիլինգարյանը: 

««Վարչական իրավախախտումների մասին» օրենքի 126-րդ հոդվածի մասերով սահմանված պատժամիջոցների չափերը ավելացել են 50 հազարական դրամով: Այսինքն, նախկին 100 հազար դրամի փոխարեն դարձել է 150 հազար դրամ, 150 հազար դրամի համար՝ 200 հազար դրամ և այդպես բոլոր տուգանք նախատեսող խախտումների համար նախատեսված տուգանքի չափերը բարձրացել են 50 հազար դրամով»,- նշեց Չիլինգարյանը:

Նա մանրամասնեց, որ նախկինում, երբ ոչ սթափ վիճակում մեքենան վարում էր վարորդական իրավունք չունեցող քաղաքացին, տուգանքը 200 հազար դրամ էր, իսկ փոփոխություններից հետո՝ սահմանվել է 250 հազար դրամ: «Այստեղ ևս մեկ նորություն կա, որը պայմանավորված է ոչ սթափ վիճակում գտնվելու մեխանիզմի փոփոխության հետ: Մասնավորապես, մենք անցած տարի ունեցանք դեպք, երբ վարորդը ոչ սթափ վիճակում երթևեկելու համար ճանապարհային ոստիկանի կողմից կանգնեցվելուց հետո հրապարակավ օգտագործել էր ալկոհոլ և հայտարարել էր, որ ինքն ալկոհոլ օգտագործել է մեքենան կանգնեցնելուց հետո, իսկ վարելու ընթացքում ոչ սթափ վիճակում չի եղել: Որպեսզի մենք բացառենք նման երևույթները, նախատեսել ենք, որ համապատասխան չափի ալկոհոլի պարունակությունը, երբ այն կհայտնվի անձի արտաշնչած օդի մեջ՝ նույնիսկ այն դեպքում, երբ դա կլինի կանգնեցնելուց կամ պատահարից հետո ալկոհոլ օգտագործելու դեպքում, անձը կհամարվի ոչ սթափ վիճակում գտնվող»,- մանրամասնեց Արմեն Չիլինգարյանը:
