Եռօրյա բուժումն սկսելուց 2 օր առաջ անհրաժեշտ է հրաժարվել կաթնամթերքի օգտագործումից: Բուժումն սկսելու նախորդ օրը քնելուց առաջ պետք է խոտաբույսերով թեյ խմել:

Ընթացքը`

1. Անհրաժեշտ է 2 կիտրոն ճզմել, խառնել 300 մլ ջրին և ըմպել նախաճաշից առաջ:

2. Մինչև լանչի ժամն անհրաժեշտ է ըմպել 300 մլ թուրինջի, արքայախնձորի կամ գազարի հյութ:

Այս հյութերը բնական հակաօքսիդանտներ են պարունակում, որը կարևոր է թոքերի համար:

3. Մինչև ճաշի ժամը պետք է ըմպել կալիումով հարուստ 400 մլ հյութ, ինչը թոքերի մաքրման հիմնական տարրն է: Հյութը պատրաստելու համար պետք է միասին հարել 350 գրամ վայրի ստեպղին (գազար), 350 գրամ կանաչ պղպեղ, 200 գրամ ջրկոտեմ և 350 գրամ վարունգ: Հյութը պետք է կազմի 400 մ:

4. Իսկ քնելուց առաջ անհրաժեշտ է 400 մլ լորամրգի հյութ ըմպել:

Հյութերի օգտագործմանը զուգընթաց անհրաժեշտ է հետևել առօրյա ակտիվությանը, բավականաչափ քնել, 20 րոպե տաք լոգանք ընդունել օրական մեկ անգամ, քանի որ դա խթանում է օրգանիզմի մաքրմանը:
