Արտահանողների հիմնական խնդիրները գործնական աջակցություն կստանան

Վարչապետը ընդունել է արտահանում իրականացնող մի շարք գործարարների, որոնք իրենց մտահոգություններն են ներկայացրել ներմուծվող գազի սակագնի և ազգային արժույթով գնագոյացման արդյունքով առաջացող խնդիրների հարցերով: Վարչապետը նշել է, որ ՌԴ-ի և մյուս գործընկերների հետ տնտեսական առաջընթացը էապես կախված է էներգակիրների գնից և հայտնել է, որ իշխանությունները արդեն դիմել են էներգակիրների հարցով Ռուսաստանի իշխանություններին: Վարչապետը ներկայացրել է նաև տեղական գործարարներին արտահանման աջակցության քայլերը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ անցած տարում մեր արտահանողների դժգոհությունները հիմնականում պայմանավորված էր դեպի ԵՏՄ, և հատկապես Ռուսաստան արտահանման վնասներով, պայմանավորված ռուսական ռուբլու արժեզրկմամբ և ռուսական շուկայում պահանջարկի նվազմամբ: Նման իրավիճակում, Հայաստանը չէր կարող մեծ մրցունակություն ակնկալել` իր ապրանքներն Ռուսաստան արտահանելու առումով: Բազմաթիվ արտահանողներ դադարեցրեցին արտահանումը, խոսքը հատկապես վերաբերում է խմիչք և սննդամթերք արտահանողներին: Շատ ընկերություններ բավական լուրջ վնասներ են կրել: Այս ապրանքների առումով մեր հիմնական շուկան առայժմ ԵՏՄ-ն է, ավելի շուտ Ռուսաստանը: Արդյունքում, նախնական տվյալներով մոտ 25% -ով նվազել է Հայաստանից արտահանումը դեպի Ռուսասաստան:

Եթե հայկական ընկերություններին օգնություն չցուցաբերվի, այս տարի լուրջ խնդիրներ կառաջանանան նաև գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում:  

Կառավարությանը, պայմանավորված Ռուսաստանում ստեղծված տնտեսական իրավիճակով, դրական է արձագանքել և քննարկում է ստեղծված իրավիճակից արտահանողների վնասների փոխհատուցման մեխանիզմները:

Բնական գազի գնի նվազման առումով Կառավարությունը նույնպես հիմքերը ունի դիմելու Ռուսաստանին, քանի որ նախ էներգակիրների գները ամբողջ աշխարհում անկում են ապրում, միաժամանակ ռուբլու արժեզրկումով էժանացել է նաև Ռուսաստանում սպառովող գազի գինը, որի արդյունքում, ըստ գործող պայմանագրի պետք է նվազի նաև Հայաստանին մատակարարվող գազի գինը ամերիկյան դոլարով արտահայտված: Սակայն շատ կարևոր է, որ նվազի ոչ միայն Հայաստան մուտք գործող բնական գազի գինը, այլ դրա հիման վրա նաև սովորական սպառողներին և գործարարներին մատակարարվող գազի գինը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանը դեռևս սպասում է Ռուսաստանի պատասխանին, հումքային ապրանքների մատակարարումը այս երկրից ռուսական ռուբլով իրականացնելու Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի առաջարկին: Ողջունելի է, որ Կառավարությունը արտահանող գործարարներին աջակցության տեսական քննարկումներին զուգահեռ, միաժամանակ դիմում է գործնական քայլերի:
