 Պոլսահայ լրագրող Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության 9-րդ տարելիցի օրը մեդիայի ազատության հարցերով ԵԱՀԿ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Դունյա Միյատովիչը կրկին հորդորել է արագ և թափանցիկ դատական գործընթաց ապահովել` բացահայտելու սպանության պատվիրատուներին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին նշվում է ԵԱՀԿ տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ:

«Ես շարունակում եմ լիահույս մնալ, որ դատական գործընթացի վերջին զարգացումները կնպաստեն, որ սպանության հետևում թաքնված պատվիրատուները հանձնվեն արդարադատությանը»,- ասել է Միյատովիչը` անդրադառնալով 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի գլխավոր դատախազության որոշմանը, որով Դինքի սպանության գործը քննող դատախաղ Գյոքալփ Քյոքչուին թույլատրվել է հետաքննություն սկսել 25 նախկին պաշտոնյաների դեմ, ովքեր կասկածվում են Դինքի սպանության նախապատրաստման  գործում մասնակցություն ունենալու մեջ:

«Ես հավատում եմ, որ հետաքննությունն ի վերջո կհանգեցնի արդարության Դինքի ընտանիքի, ընկերների և գործընկերների համար: Սպանության պատասխանատուների բացահայտումը նաև ողջ հասարակությանը ցույց կտա խոսքի ազատության կարևորությունը և անհրաժեշտությունը` շարունակելու պայքարն ընդդեմ լրագրողների դեմ կիրառվող բռնության»,- նշել է Միյատովիչը:
