Հանրապետությունում ավելացել է և աշխատանք փնտրողների, և գործազուրկների թիվը: 2015թ. դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ զբաղվածության տարածքային կենտրոնում հաշվառված է եղել 89 հազար աշխատանք փնտրող, որից 76 հազար 700-ը ստացել է գործազուրկի կարգավիճակ: Նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում աշխատանք է փնտրել 72 հազար 600 մարդ, որից գործազուրկի կարգավի ճակ է ստացել շուրջ 66 հազար մարդ:

Արմենպրեսի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսին ՀՀ զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության պետ Արտակ Մանգասարյանը նշեց, որ այս թվերը հանրապետության գործազրկության իրական պատկերը չեն ներկայացնում: Այս թվերը վերաբերում են միայն այն մարդկանց, ովքեր գործակալությունում հաշվառված են: Ինչ վերաբերում է թվերի աճին, ապա Արտակ Մանգասարյանը դա պայմանավորեց գործակալության ծրագրերի ակտիվությամբ:

«Իհարկե, երկրում առկա սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակը նույնպես նշանակություն ունի, բայց պետք է նշեմ, որ նախորդ տարվանից մեր գործակալության ծրագրերում մոտեցումները փոխվել են: Ակտիվ ծրագրեր են իրականացվում, և մարդիկ մեզ դիմում են այդ ծրագրերում ընդգրկվելու համար: Հետևաբար, մեզ մոտ հաշվառվածների թիվն ավելանում է»,-ասաց Արտակ Մանգասարյանը:

Գործակալոթյան պետի խոսքով, իրենց իրականացրած ծրագրերով փորձում են մեղմել գործազրկության խնդիրը: 2015 թ. պետական ծրագրերում ընդգրկված անձանց թիվը տարեվերջին կազմել է 11 հազար 107, որը աշխատանք փնտրողների 12,5 տոկոսն է: Սա, ըստ Արտակ Մանգասարյանի, փոքր ցուցանիշ չի համարվում: Նա նշեց, որ նրանցից 750-ը հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք են:

«Տարվա ընթացքում աշխատանքի է տեղավորվել 16 հազար 598 անձ, որը աշխատանք փնտրողների 18,7 տոկոսն է կազմում: Նրանցից 6 հազար 285-ն ապահովվել է սեզոնային աշխատանքով, 398-ը` ժամանակավոր աշխատանքով: Աշխատանքի տեղավորվածներից 2 հազար 873-ը երիտասարդ է, իսկ 696-ը՝ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձ»,-նշեց Արտակ Մանգասարյանը:

2015թ. 3 հազար 215 գործատուի կողմից ներկայացվել է 7 հազար 225 թափուր աշխատատեղի հայտ: Արտակ Մանգասարյանի խոսքով` հանրապետւթյունում առավել պահանջված են նախնական և միջին մասնագիտական կրթությամբ մասնագետները՝ դեղագործ, դեղագետ, բուժքույր, մատուցող, գանձապահ-օպերատոր, հացթուխ, դերձակ,խոհարար, հրուշակագործ, վարորդ, խառատ, վարսահարդար և այլն:

Արդյո՞ք ներկայացված թափուր աշխատատեղերի համար սահմանված աշխատավարձը բավարար է, որպեսզի գործազուրկները դիմեն: Հարցին ի պատասխան, Արտակ Մանգասարյանը նշեց, որ, օրինակ, տաքսու վարորդների աշխատավարձը բավական բարձր է՝ ամսական 250-300 հազար դրամ: Թե ինչու չեն լրացվում թափուր աշխատատեղերը, գործակալության պետը, պատճառներից մեկը նշեց մասնագետների պակասը: Շատերը նախընտրում են բարձրագույն կրթություն ստանալ, այնինչ աշխատաշուկայում պահանջված են միջին մասնագիտական կրթությամբ մասնագետները:
