Պիգմենտային բծերի դեմ պայքարի 6 գործուն մեթոդն. Ձեր մաշկը միագույն կդառնա

Մելանոցիտները բջիջներ են, որոնք պատասխանատու են մարդու մաշկի հիմնական գույնի համար։  Դրանք արտադրում են ամենակարևոր պիգմենտը՝ մելանինը։ Սակայն ստացվում է այնպես, որ տեղ-տեղ մելանոցիտները մելանին ավելի շատ են արտադրում, ինչը բերում  է տարբեր պիգմենտային բծերի առաջացման։  Հենց դրանց շնորհիվ են  մեր դեմքին առաջանում մուգ կետերը, խալերը, պեպենները։

Սակայն դրա դեմ կարելի է  հանգիստ պայքարել. Ներկայացնում ենք 6 բաղադրատոմսեր, որոնք կօգնեն վերացնել պիգմենտային կետերը.

1. Թարմ վարունգից ապուր.  Անցկացրեք վարունգը քերիչով և ստացված զանգվածը քսեք պիգմենտային կետերին  15 րոպե։

2.  Կիտրոնի հյութ. Բացեք այն ջրով 1։10 հարաբերակցությամբ և քսեք պիգմենտներին օրը 2 անգամ։

3. Թթու կաթ, յոգուրտ. Քսեք այս մթերքները դեմքին և թողեք 15 րոպե, իսկ հետո մաքրեք կիտրոնի հյութի մեջ թաթախված բամբակով։

4. Բանանի հյութ. Մանր կտրատեք բանանի կեղևը, ավելացրեք 250 միլիլիտր եռացրած ջուր, սառեցրեք, ապա լցրեք սառույցի կաղապարների մեջ և դրեք սառնարանում։ Ստացված սառցե կտորներով շփեք դեմքը արթնանալուց հետո։

5. Քաղցր պղպեղ. Անցկացրեք քերիչով և ստացված խյուսը քսեք դեմքին։ 30 րոպե հետո լվացեք և դեմքին սնուցող քսուք քսեք։  Այն ոչ միայն կմաքրի մաշկը պիգմենտներից, այլ նաև  մաշկը կսնուցի վիտամին С-ով։

6. Խմորիչով դիմակ. 15-20 գրամ խմորիչը խառնեք 1.5 թեյի գդալ կիտրոնի հյութի հետ։ Քսեք 20 րոպեով, ապա լվացեք տաք ջրով։ Դիմակից հետո դեմքը լվացեք սնուցող քսուքով․

Հիշեք, որ այս միջոցներից ցանկացածը օգտագործելուց հետո չի կարելի երկար մնալ արևի տակ, ուստի ավելի լավ է  այս միջոցները օգատգործել երեկոյան, քնելուց առաջ։ Պիգմենտներից խուսափելու համար մի չարաշահեք արևայրուքը։
