Երեկ տեղի ունեցավ Քառյակի հերթական նիստը, որտեղ վերջապես իր հանգուցալուծումը ստացավ քառյակ-ՀՅԴ հարաբերությունները սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների համատեքստում:
Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, ՀՅԴ-ն մնաց իր համոզման` պաշտպանելով իշխանությունների նախաձեռնած սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների ծրագիրը: Այս ընթացքում, փաստորեն, տեղի ունեցած բանակցությունները ոչնչի չհանգեցրին, բացի կողմերին իրենց տեսակետներում ավելի համոզված դարձնելուց: «Քանի որ մենք այս հարցը չէինք կարող շրջանցել,- անդրադառնալով սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների խնդրին, ասել է ԲՀԿ խմբակցության քարտուղար Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը, ՀՅԴ-ն որոշեց չմասնակցել հանրահավաքին: Դա իրենց որոշումն է, և մենք հարգում ենք այդ որոշումը: Ցանկալի կլիներ, որ նրանք մեզ հետ լինեին, մասնակցեին հանրահավաքին և մարզային այցելություններին, սակայն իրենք այդպես են որոշել»: Քառյակը, Զոհրաբյանի խոսքով՝ շարունակում է գործել ու բազմաթիվ այլ հարցերի շուրջ ուժերը համաձայության են եկել և առաջիկայում կլինեն նոր նախաձեռնություններ:
Խնդիրն այն է, որ Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների խնդիրը կարևոր տեղ էր զբաղեցնում քառյակի ու առհասարակ ներքաղաքական օրակարգում: Եվ այստեղ առկա խնդիրները չեն կարող իրենց ազդեցությունը չունենալ մնացյալ պայմանավորվածությունների վրա:
Չպետք է մոռանալ, որ քառյակը ձևավորվել էր միանգամայն այլ պահանջով ու որքան քառյակի անդամները շեղվեն իրենց հիմնական պահանջից ու առաջ քաշեն տարատեսակ մարտավարական նշանակություն ունեցող հարցեր, նրանց միջև տարաձայնություններն ավելի ու ավելի են խորանալու:
Հոկտեմբերի 10-ին նշանակված հանրահավաքն ըստ քառյակի ներկայացուցիչների մտադրության նախատեսվում է լինել բավականաչափ բազմամարդ: Մինչդեռ, եթե հանրահավաքը կարևոր նշանակություն ունենար ՀՅԴ-ի համար, նա պետք է մասնակցեր ու իր նպաստը բերեր հանրահավաքի կազմակերպմանը` անկախ այն բանից, թե սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների վերաբերյալ ինչպիսի տարաձայնություններ ունի քառյակի մյուս անդամների հետ: Չէ՞ որ հանրահավաքի ընթացքում բարձրացվելու էին նաև մի շարք այլ խնդիրներ, որոնց շուրջ, տեսականորեն, ՀՅԴ-ն ու քառյակի մյուս անդամները համակարծիք են:
Ուստի, հաշվի առնելով այն, որ ՀՅԴ-ն հրաժարվում է մասնակցել քառյակի համար խիստ կարևոր հանգրվան հանդիսացող աշնանային հանրահավաքին կարելի է ենթադրել, որ Դաշնակցությունը ավելի խորը գնացող խնդիրներ ունի քառյակի հետ:
