ԵԱՏՄ-ում ընթացակարգերի պարզեցումը նպաստել է ՀՀ-ից միության երկրներ պտուղ- բանջարեղենի արտահանման աճին

Հայաստանից 2015 թվականին արտահանվել է 76 հազար 678 տոննա պտուղ-բանջարեղեն՝ 2014թ. 46 հազար 459 տոննայի դիմաց։ 2015թ. ՀՀ-ից Ռուսաստան արտահանվել է 63 հազար 919 տոննա պտուղ-բանջարեղեն, որը կազմել է ընդհանուր ծավալի շուրջ 83 տոկոսը, իսկ 2014թ. այդ երկիր արտահանվել է 21 հազար 537 տոննա, որը կազմել է արտահանման ընդհանուր ծավալի 45.5 տոկոսը։ 2015թ. Հայաստանից Վրաստան արտահանվել է 12 հազար 188 տոննա պ տուղ-բանջարեղեն, Բելառուս՝ 312 տոննա, Ղազախստան՝ 176 տոննա, այն դեպքում, երբ 2014թ. Ղազախստան արտահանվել է ընդամենը 18 տոննա հայկական պտուղ-բանջարեղեն։ Ավելացել են, մասնավորապես, խաղողի արտահանման ծավալները, որոնք, 2015թ.-ին  կազմել են 13 հազար 86 տոննա (որից 11 հազար 867 տոննան արտահանվել է Ռուսաստան)՝ նախորդ տարվա 8 հազար տոննայի դիմաց։

Այս տվյալներն «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ներկայացնելով՝ ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Ոոբերտ Մակարյանըպարզաբանեց, որ անցյալ տարի 2014թ. համեմատ Հայաստանից պտուղ-բանջարեղենի արտահանման աճը հիմնականում պայմանավորել են Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) շրջանակում գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի շարժի ընթացակարգերի պարզեցումը և հեշտացումը։ «Մինչ 2015թ. հունվարին ԵԱՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը միության անդամ-երկրներում հայկական պտուղ-բանջարեղեն արտահանողներից պահանջում էին արտահանվող արտադրանքի ծագման հավաստագիր, որը խնդիր էր առաջացնում ժամանակի առումով։ Արտահանողը մթերման տարեշրջանում պետք է հավաքեր  բազմաթիվ տեղեկանքներ առ այն, որ իր արտահանածը ՀՀ-ում գործող գյուղացիական տնտեսության արտադրանքն է, հետո ստանար ծագման հավաստագիր։ Իսկ այժմ դրա խնդիրը վերացել է, միայն պահանջվում է բուսասանիտարական հավաստագիր. բեռը բարձելուց կամ սահմանին տեսուչները զննում են և տալիս են բուսասանիտարական հավաստագիրը, որը տրվում է անվճար, և ճանաչվում է ԵԱՏՄ անդամ-երկրների համապատասխան մարմինների կողմից»,-հայտնեց Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը։  

Նրա խոսքով՝ 2015թ. բազմաթիվ գյուղացիական փոքր տնտեսություններ իրենց արտադրանքը կարողացան արտահանել։ «Արտահանումը կազմակերպել են ինչպես առանձին փոքր տնտեսություններով՝ մեկ-մեկուկես տոննա խմբաքանակով, այնպես էլ բեռները միավորելով ու ավելի մեծ բեռնատարներով արտահանելով։ Այսինքն՝ որոշակի բաժին պտուղ-բանջարեղենի արտահանման կառուցվածքում փոքր գյուղացիական տնտեսություններն ունեն»,- ընդգծեց ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության փոխնախարարը` հավելելով, որ, ընդհանրապես, Հայաստանից պտուղ-բանջարեղենի արտահանման ոլորտում մենաշնորհներ չկան։
