ԵԽԽՎ-ի այս կամ այն տիպի բանաձևը աշխարհում մեծ նշանակություն չունի, դա հիմնականում լրատվական դաշտում է աղմուկ բարձրացնում: Ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման կարծիք հայտնեց «Նորավանք» գիտակրթական հիմնադրամի ղեկավար Գագիկ Հարու թյունյանը` ընդգծելով, որ եվրոպական բյուրոկրատիան ճգնաժամի մեջ է:

«Հենց Եվրոպայի ներսում լուրջ խնդիրներ կան` կապված կոռուպցիայի հետ: Այսօր տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում այն մասին, որ միլիարդավոր դոլարներով մի քանի հազար եվրոպական չինովնիկ է պահվում: Այնպես որ ասել, որ այդ բանաձևերը մեծ նշանակություն ունեն, ճիշտ չէ: Ինչ վերաբերում է սահմանային լարվածությանը, ապա ասեմ, որ լարվածության աճը կամ նվազումը կապված չէ այդ բանաձևերի հետ: Դա կապված է նույն Թուրքիայի, նույն Ադրբեջանի վարած քաղաքականության հետ»,-ասաց Գագիկ Հարությունյանը:

Փորձագետի կարծիքով` ամեն դեպքում այս տարի Ադրբեջանը փորձելու է իրեն համեստ պահել, ինչը կապված է ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունների վատթարացմամբ: Ըստ նրա` Ադրբեջանն առայժմ կփորձի իր ավագ եղբորից առաջ չանցնել:

«Եթե Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան փորձեն Ռուսաստանի համար երրորդ ճակատ բացել ղարաբաղյան հատվածում, ապա կոշտ պատասխան կստանա»,-ավելացրեց Գագիկ Հարությունյանը:
