Պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի կինը՝ Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանը, այն հազվագյուտ կանանցից է, ով կարողանում է մշտապես էլեգանտ տեսք ունենալ: Հատկանշական է, որ Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանը սիրում է փորձարկումներ անել և չի խուսափում վառ գույներից: 

Shabat.am-ը ներկայացնում է տիկնոջ յուրօրինակ ոճն ու ընտանեկան լուսանկարները.

Նկատելի է, որ Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանը հիմնականում կրում է վառ կոստյումներն, դրանց հետ համադրելով համապատասխան աքսեսուարներ: Նկատելի է նաև, որ տիկնը ծաղիկների սիրահար է: ՊՆ նախարարի կինը երբեմն այնքան նրբանկատ է, որ նույնիսկ հագուստը համադրում է ծաղիկների հետ.

Նախարարի տիկնոջ աշխատասենյակ նույնիսկ սև ու սպիտակ աղավնիներն են այցելում այն ժամանակ, երբ տիկինը հագնված է նույն գույների մեջ, իսկ սեղանին դրված է համապատասխանաբար՝ սև ու սպիտակ գլոբուս.

 

Նախարարի և տիկնոջ ընտանեկան լուսանկարներում նույնպես իշխում է ներդաշնակությունը, ամեն մանրուք հարմարեցված է միմյանց.

Նշենք, որ նախարարի կինը ծնվել է 1968 թվականի հունվարի 5-ին Հայաստանում։

1991 թվականին ավարտել է Երևանի պետական բժշկական համալսարանը՝ ստանալով բժիշկ-ստոմատոլոգի մասնագիտություն: 

2012թվականից զբաղեցնում է ԵՊԲՀ ռեկտորի խորհրդականի պաշտոնը: Նույն թվականից առ այսօր հանդիսանում է ՀՀ Առողջապահության նախարարի խորհրդական:
