Ադրբեջանում բնակչության շնչին ընկնող ՀՆԱ-ն մեկ երրորդով կրճատվել է

2015 թվականին Ադրբեջանում համախառն ներքին արտադրանքի ծավալը (ազգային էկոնոմիկայի գլխավոր ինդիկատորը) կազմել է 54 մլրդ 352,1 մլն մանաթ (52 մլրդ 969,6 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար), ինչը 2014 թվականի համեմատ, 7,9 տոկոսով կամ 4,6 մլրդ մանաթով պակաս է:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Թուրան»-ը, ըստ Ադրբեջանի պետվիճկոմի` 2015 թվականին այդ երկրում բնակչության մեկ շնչին ընկնող ՀՆԱ-ի չափը կազմել է 5558,7 ԱՄՆ դոլար, ինչը, 2014 թվականի համեմատ, 30,4 տոկոով կամ 2427,3 դոլարով փոքր է:

Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ այդ ցուցանիշով Ադրբեջանն իջել է մոտավորապես 2010 թվականի մակարդակին (5798 ԱՄՆ դոլար):

Ադրբեջանի ոչ նավթային հատվածում ՀՆԱ-ն կազմել է 37,6 մլրդ մանաթ` աճելով 1,1 տոկոսով: ՀՆԱ-ի կառուցվածքում ոչ նավթային հատվածի տեսակարար կշիռը 40 տոկոսից բարձրացել է 69,3 տոկոսի, ինչը հիմնականում նավթային ճյուղի ցուցանիշների անկման արդյունք է:

Մանաթով արտահայտված ծավալով Ադրբեջանի ՀՆԱ-ն իջել է մոտավորապես 2012 թվականին եղած գծանիշին (53,2 մլրդ մանաթ):

2015 թվականին նավթի արտահանումից Ադրբեջանի ընդհանուր կորուստը կազմել է 10 մլրդ դոլարից ավելի («Ազադլըգ»): 2015 թվականին Ադրբեջանի արտահանման մեջ 48 տոկոս նվազում է տեղի ունեցել (marja.az):

Ադրբեջանի 2015 թվականի պետբյուջեի մուտքերը նախատեսվածից 11,8 տոկոսով պակաս են եղել: Ծախսերը 3,4 մլրդ մանաթով գերազանցել են մուտքերին («Ազադլըգ»):

20105 թվականին Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջեի եկամուտները կազմել են 17 153,2 մլն մանաթ, ծախսերը` 17 786,8 մլն մանաթ: 19,438 մլրդ մանաթ մակարդակի ծրագրված Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջեի եկամուտները կատարվել են 88,2 տոկոսով: 2015 թվականին Ադրբեջանի հանրագումարային պետբյուջեի եկամուտները կատարվել են 18, 2 մլրդ մանաթ մակարդակի, ծախսերը` 21, 67 մլրդ մանաթ մակարդակի (APA):

Financial Times թերթը գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանի արտահանման 95 տոկոսից ավելին կազմում են գազը, նավթն ու նավթամթերքները, իսկ երկրի պետբյուջեն 75 տոկոսով ձեւավորվում է էներգակիրների արտահանումից ստացվող եկամուտների հաշվին, ՀՆԱ-ի 40 տոկոսը կազմում է նավթը: 

Ադրբեջանի 2016 թվականի պետբյուջեում նավթի գինը մեկ բարելի համար նախատեսված է 50 դոլար: Ներկայում այն արդեն պետբյուջեում նախատեսվածից մոտ 20 դոլարով ցածր է: Ներկայում Բաքվի «սեւ շուկայում» ամերիկյան մեկ դոլարը գնվում է 2 մանաթով, իսկ որոշ տվյալներով` 3-4 մանաթով:
