ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունում կանխատեսում են պտուղ-բանջարեղենի արտահանման շուրջ 60 տոկոս աճ

 ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունը գնահատել է 2016 թվականին Հայաստանից պտուղ-բանջարեղենի արտահանման  հնարավոր ծավալները, որոնք, ըստ կանխատեսումների, բացասական գործոնների բացակայության դեպքում, նախորդ տարվա համեմատ կաճեն շուրջ 60 տոկոսով և կկազմեն 120-125 հազար տոննա։ Անցյալ տարի Հայաստանից արտահանվել է 76 հազար 678 տոննա պտուղ-բանջարեղեն։ Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ հարցա զրույցում տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Ոոբերտ Մակարյանը:

Նա անդրադարձավ Հայաստանի այն հնարավորություններին, որոնք ստեղծվել են 2016թ. հունվարից թուրքական գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի որոշ տեսակների ՌԴ ներմուծման արգելքի հետ կապված։ «Որևէ հավակնություն չունենք ամբողջությամբ զբաղեցնելու գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի ՌԴ շուկայի այն սեգմենտը, որը գրավում էր թուրքական արտադրանքը։ Ուղղակի, առիթից օգտվելով, պետք է ավելացնենք ՌԴ արտահանման ծավալները»,- ընդգծեց Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը՝ մանրամասնելով, որ այդ ուղղությամբ կատարվել են որոշակի աշխատանքներ, մասնավորապես, 2015թ. նոյեմբերի 27-ին և 30-ին Հ Հ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը հրավիրել է գյուղարտադրանք արտահանողների մասնակցությամբ խորհրդակցություններ, այնուհետև նաև ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի մոտ է կազմակերպվել մի քանի քննարկում։

Նա նկատեց, որ ըստ ՀՀ-ից ՌԴ պտուղ-բանջարեղեն արտահանողների տվյալների, թեև թուրքական նմանատիպ արտադրանքի ինքնարժեքը հայկականի համեմատ ցածր է, վերջինս ռուսական շուկայում իր տեղն է զբաղեցնում որակական բարձր հատկանիշների շնորհիվ, ինչի մասին են վկայում վիճակագրական տվյալները. 2015թ. ՀՀ-ից Ռուսաստան արտահանվել է 63  հազար 919 տոննա պտուղ-բանջարեղեն, որը կազմել է արտահանման ընդհանուր ծավալի շուրջ 83 տոկոսը, իսկ 2014թ. այդ երկիր արտահանվել է 21 հազար 537 տոննա, որը կազմել է արտահանման ընդհանուր ծավալի 45.5 տոկոսը։   

Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը գտնում է, որ պտուղ-բանջարեղենի արտահանման ծավալների հետագա աճի հետևանքով տեղական շուկայում պակասորդ չի առաջանա, քանի որ ցանկացած արտադրող գերադասում է առաջին հերթին հենց այստեղ կազմակերպել իրացումը՝ զերծ մնալով, օրինակ, Ռուսաստանում իրացման դեպքում փոխարժեքի տատանումների հետ կապված ռիսկերից, և հետո մտածել ստացված ավելցուկն արտահանելու մասին։
