Մենք պատմամշակութային արժեքներով ռեկորդային ցուցանիշներ սահմանող երկիր ենք և այդ արժեքները գնալով ավելանում են, ավելի շուտ` հայտնաբերվում:

Օրինակ, մեր մայրաքաղաքում, պարզվում է` ամեն մի անշարժ բան մշակութային արժեք կարող է դառնալ: Ու դրա համար շատ բան պետք չի, ընդամենը պետք է այն ճանաչվի հանրային գերակա շահ ու վաճառվի, ու միանգամից կհայտնվեն «պատմաբան-մշակութաբան» արժևորողները:

Օրինակ՝ Դոլմամայի գոյության մասին շատերը երևի թե չէին էլ հիշի, եթե առաջ չգային այն քանդելու մասին խոսակցությունները ու մեկ օրվա ընթացքում այդ շենքը չդառնար «պատմական արժեք»: Լավ, բա նախկինում արժեք չէ՞ր, ինչո՞ւ շենքի գովասանքը առաջ ամեն օր չէինք կարդում…

Ես, ամբողջ կյանքս ապրելով Երևանում, երբևէ առանձնապես չեմ նկատել այդ շենքը, այն իմ մեջ որևէ վեհ զգացում չի առաջացրել, սովորական շենք է: Ու եթե շարժվենք այս օրերին աղմուկ բարձրացնողների տրամաբանությամբ, ապա Երևանում շատ ու շատ «պատմամշակութային արժեքներ» կարող ենք գտնել, որոնք նույնիսկ մեզ մոտ հուշեր կարող են արթնացնել: Օրինակ՝ պատկերացրեք Մաշտոց-Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ խաչմերուկի գետնանցումը, որը, որքան ես հիշում եմ, հանրային անվճար զուգարանի դեր է կատարում մեր համաքաղաքացիների համար, ժամանակին որքա~ն մարդկանց է փրկել խայտառակ լինելուց:

Բա մարդիկ հո իրենց տակ չէի՞ն միզելու, երբ զբոսնում էին քաղաքում: Եվ նման դեպքերում օգնության էր գալիս և գալիս է այդ գետնանցումը: Հիմա պատկերացրեք, որ մի օր դա էլ վաճառվի ինչ-որ մասնավորի, և այդ մասնավորը Երիտասարդական մետրոյի մոտի անցումի պես որոշի այնտեղ էլ առևտրի և ժամանցային կենտրոն սարքել` մաքուր ու գեղեցիկ տաղավարներով, սրճարաններով: Ու պատկերացրեք` նորից սկսվի բողոքի ալիքը, բողոքողները գրեն, թե գետնանցումից անընդհատ փչող մեզի հոտը իրենց մոտ հիշողություններ էր արթնացնում իրենց անցյալից, ինչու սպանեցին իրենց անցյալը …

Զավեշտալի է, չէ՞: Ես էլ եմ դա ասում` պետք չէ ամեն ինչը վերածել զավեշտի: Հասկացանք, որ դժգոհելու խնդիր կա դրված, բայց այնպես չէ, որ դժգոհելու թեմաների պակաս ունենք այսօր: Լիքն են: Ման եկեք, կգտնեք ավելի խելքին մոտ թեմաներ:
